This place is horrible.
Ordered online at 6:42 pm. There were no status updates until we got a text at 8:58 pm saying the order was running a bit behind.

They use DoorDash for delivery. We waited watching the status until 9:03 when the door dasher sent a text saying they were told the order would be another 15 minutes. At 9:19 they messaged saying the staff decided to close the store and cancelled all orders.

The order is still not cancelled in the system. Now we have to call the store tomorrow to even get a refund. Listen to the other reviews. Never order from this location.

For starters have the people that prepare the orders to PROPERLY READ the online orders! I cannot make this up…EVERY single time I place an order and it includes pasta…They ALWAYS give me the wrong one! I always order the cheesy Alfredo and they ALWAYS give me the cheesy CHICKEN Alfredo pasta! How do you all KEEP making the SAME mistake?! Then I have to sit there and wait for them to make another one when it could have been prevented!!! It’s always something with this location! Also last night besides getting my pasta wrong I DID NOT get my 2 litter of Dr.Pepper! Apparently they mess up a lot of orders because there were other customers complaining as well!

Never received pizza refund taking forever I do not recommend this store to anyone

I just called at 8:05pm to place an order for pickup and the lady told me they was closed. if google says 9pm how are you telling me you’re already closed. Why even answer the phone. If could give them 1 star I would from a very highly upset pregnant woman.

Didn't recieved everything I ordered and there was hair in my chicken. I called to complain about both and the person literally told me it was my fault I didn't get what I paid for I should've had the person that picked up my food check everything before they left. His customer service skills are terrible

I may have ordered from here twice. My pizza seemed a little cold but my wings were hot and pretty good. The one issue I have is they need to remove the contactless option if the delivery driver is not going to honor it. I don't know if it's because they are looking for more tip ON TOP of what you already tipped or they just want to see you lol. However, there's a reason the option was selected. I won't order from here again.

Horrible place. Horrible customer service. I ordered and never received my order. This has to be a scam. I called the number on my confirmation and that sent me to their corporate call center office. They hung up on me 4x. Once I was able to find a supervisor, I was able to get the real store number. When I called, I was berated for calling. Never again. Now i’m trying to get a refund and it’s a hassle.

Please beware of this place! I’m not sure if they are short staffed or what but there’s absolutely no contactless curbside service available even though it says it’s available as an option and you choose it for this location. There’s no one to bring your food to your car, no one to even answer the phone and curbside confirmation system doesn’t even work! You’d think the food would be worth the wait but it’s not! You’re better off going to Marco’s Pizza a few minutes up the road! I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in years and this place left a lot to be desired!

Ordered pizza on my way home from work for pickup. Got there the order was in the process of cooking, the lady who was working both the front and back assured me it would be done soon. There was another employee I had passed on the way in who was heading out to the front of the store to smoke a ciggarette, looked at me coming in and proceeded to head out anyway. The one who actually acknowledged me looked flustered. The back area reflected that as well.

Got home and the food was ok, the problem is around an hour in a half later my husband, kids and myself all got really sick. Mine started off as nausea and proceeded to throwing up consistently by the end of the night and throughout. My husband and daughter threw up once but had other “bathroom” situations throughout the night leading into today. My son also was throwing up throughout the night and had a pretty bad upset stomach into today. I woke up this morning feeling extremely nauseous with an upset stomach most of the day as well. We love Pizza Hut but would not order from this location again as I’m pretty sure we got food poisoning.

The G.W. Memorial Hwy location in Southern Yorktown was the best Pizza Hut I have ever had! I haven't had that quality of PIzza Hut since the 1980s!

As a Doordasher, this place is one of the best for having orders ready in a timely manner and staff is super friendly.

Delivered fast but the pizza was made wrong and No One Answered when we called. Tried for 20 minutes for someone to pick up.

Got pizza delivered delivery decided to leave at my door instead of handing it to me as instructed food was cold and not even cut all the way through
