Ate at this location on Sunday at around 5pm (9/7/25). First time and wow I was amazed at how great the customer service was. The young lady working the register was really friendly and made sure I was completely satisfied with my order. Even asked how much ice I wanted in my cup and checked on me occasionally while I was eating to make sure everything was good. Gotta say the customer service at this location would give chick fil a a run for their money. Keep up the good work and I’ll definitely be returning.

2nd visit to Canes', again very impressed with the chicken sandwich combo which makes Chic-Fila having to kick dirt by losing a customer. Who ever is on the fries today you are a bit heavy handed on the salt, do a light dusting and let the customer add salt as needed. Great packaging, the outside terrace is welcoming and the shade trees makes for cool outside dining, I will return and pass the word to others.

So I actually just started coming here to eat. Normally I get a meal which I get cane’s sauce with the ckn fingers was told tonight after ordering 11 fingers with no sides that I had to pay for cane’s sauce. I also was supposed to get a large Dr.Pepper with this order after reminding the cashier he still didn’t hand me a cup so I was frustrated slid my card for 4 sauces and left. Got half way to work noticing no Dr.Pepper so turned around smh. I’m thinking there’s better service in the day time because I’ve never had careless service like this at this location. Unsure if I’m returning after this honestly after placing the order online when I got there still waited 15 mins for it also this just wasn’t a good night

Absolutely Unacceptable Experience - Lost Order, Missing Items, Deafening Music!
My visit to Raising Cane's today was nothing short of a disaster. We placed our order, waited, and waited... only to be told they had somehow lost our entire order. This is a basic function of any fast-food restaurant, and failing at it immediately sets a terrible precedent.
Eventually, they brought out what they thought was our food, but to our extreme frustration, they still managed to miss my son's entire order. How do you lose an order once, then still get it wrong a second time? It's baffling and incredibly annoying when you have hungry kids.
Adding insult to injury, the music in the restaurant was absolutely deafening. It was so ridiculously loud that the staff couldn't even call out names effectively. They had to resort to using the intercom just so people could hear their order being called! This is not only incredibly unprofessional but also suggests a fundamental problem with management. Maybe, just maybe, if they turned down the music, the staff could actually hear themselves think and, more importantly, do their jobs properly without needing to shout or rely on an intercom.
This was a profoundly disappointing experience from start to finish. I won't be returning anytime soon.

We had an outstanding experience at Raising Cane’s thanks to two incredible employees.
Jocelyn, our cashier, was by far the friendliest we’ve ever encountered. She was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure our dine-in experience was great. Employees like her make a real difference—she truly deserves recognition.
Paul, the manager, was equally impressive. He continuously checked on guests, made sure the food was up to standard, and showed genuine care for both the restaurant and its customers. He even went out of his way to make my son’s birthday extra special with thoughtful gestures.
Both Jocelyn and Paul turned a simple meal into a memorable experience. Their professionalism and kindness reflect the best of what Raising Cane’s stands for.
Give them both a raise!!! 😁😁😁

This was my first time at Raising Cane’s, and it did not disappoint! The chicken was fresh, crispy, and full of flavor, and the signature sauce was delicious. The customer service was some of the best I have experienced, friendly, quick, and welcoming. A great first impression, and I will definitely be back.

Gotta say I'm disappointed. Coming into the line with only 3 cars ahead of me, I wasn't expecting a long wait. 10 minutes just to pay and get a 3piece is not really a good impression, much less forgetting the subbed side entirely. probably not gonna come back for a while, especially late.

Food was great, and the employees were efficient, professional, and friendly - a great combination for a fast food restaurant.
