The guy in here closes about 2 hours early every time i come here, google says 9 but i just tried going at 6:30 and he says he’s closing, always looks bothered when people approach him like we’re supposed to know he’s gonna close down hours early.

Worst ever. Says that it doesn't close until 9pm yet I waited for 10 mins for no one to even come to register. Will never return to this location nor will I recommend anyone else go. Don't waste your time go to the other shops. This location shouldn't even be open for business. If I could I wouldn't even give it 1 star.

It was nothing like an Italian ice. The flavor was decent (lemon). It was not smooth, like eating a cup of ice rocks. I will never go to that location again.

According to google they close at 9pm, walked in at 8:39pm and they were completely closed up with nobody in sight. Recommend going to the other locations to avoid wasting your time.

There was no indication that the store was closed so, I was standing outside there at 7:30 waiting to be served. Long story short no one came. The hours need to be updated and there needs to be a sign or at least have the lights turned off so costumers don’t stand outside.

Stood waiting to be helped because the appearance of the store was that it was open, when a woman finally came back to the counter she rudely stated that the store was closed. There was no sign or hours listed anywhere. Won't be going back.

Such a refreshing indulgence in the scorching Virginia summer. Pina Colada ice topped with some vanilla gelato. Give me that over ice cream any day of the week. The only thing I would want is a smaller size, it was a little more filling than I anticipated. Maybe next time I could get away with a kid's size!
