I love sonic but not this one. Last few times I come there’s always a problem to where I cannot order. Last time sign on the drive through speaker said “Cash Only”. No problem, so I ask for a burger. Out of burgers. Can I get a hot dog? Out of those too. I ask for a chicken sandwich and I get “uhhhhhh sure”. At this point I can tell they just don’t want to cook food. If your employees don’t want to cook for people past a certain time, don’t be open 24 hours. Will not be returning to this location.

I went to sonic on 9/30/23 footlong hotdog was lukewarm didn't taste good. Only item that was good the slush limeade. The was no store no. On the receipt.

Normally I feel rushed while ordering and then my food isn't appetizing. Lamont has taken my order and the past few times, he has great customer service and food has been fresh !
I occasionally swing in for a hotdog or corndog. There is something so very addictive about these that I have to have them. And of course the service is great. Has scared the dickens out of me on more than one occasion but that is me not paying attention.

$8 for 2 medium sodas, a cherry coke and vanilla root beer. Sodas were flat, 90% ice, and coke was diet. Best part? Asked for a little cup of ice for my dog....said they charge for ice. They also charge more for no ice.

Placed a mobile order at 4:02 for a sprite and a slush. Arrived at the stall for checkin at 4:05. Got the screen confirmation that someone was headed with our order shortly after. Had to call the store at 4:15 to ask about the order since no one showed up. No apology for the wait or mixup on the phone. Order brought out, again with no apology, at 4:18. We saw other cars go through the drive-thru while we waited. The sprite syrup was off and tasted like just soda water. We waited 13 minutes and had to call the store for a subpar order. A real shame.
