Always a caffeinated treat.

Normally they have good service and nice employees however if you place an online order and it is either delayed in submitting or you have to resubmit because something went wrong you’re going to get really nasty looks and crappy service. there’s no understanding from the staff that sometimes technology doesn’t work and it’s out of your control and make you feel like you’re trying to get a one up on them which is fairly frustrating especially when you are there every single morning. this has happened 2-3 times for me. if you order extra things in your drink that YOU pay extra for don’t expect to get it the past handful of times i’ve ordered extra caramel amongst other things i don’t get it because they are too lazy to actually read the order im getting kinda tired of the treatment at this place when i used to love coming to this starbucks and would drive out of my way to come here.

I placed a $30 breakfast order through the Starbucks app from this location, and instead of receiving my food, I was delivered an empty bag with a note that simply said, “Sorry, we’re out of all products.” I called the store to request a refund, only to be told—rather rudely—that I would need to contact DoorDash, and the refund could take 3–5 days.

My main concern is: why allow customers to place orders for items that aren’t even in stock? That’s poor management. When I tried to get clarification, the employee I spoke with was unprofessional, dismissive, and ended the call on me mid-conversation.

Starbucks took my money and delivered nothing in return. This entire experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location.

I'm not the biggest Starbucks fan, but I might if I get another double bacon sandwich. It was awesome and our drinks were good too.

I usually don’t do reviews but I had some of the best customer service that I have had in a while. Kasche was the one that serviced me. Before I even get to the register, she greeted me with a hello, a smile, and a way y’all!! To me that’s unheard of. So that immediately put a smile on my face. I got to the register and explained to Kasche that I wanted a drink that tasted like the shaken expresso apple crisp with oatmilk but cheaper. Chile she did her big one and made a version of it that costed me half of what I would pay for the first drink that i mentioned. It was so delicious and most importantly she cared about my pockets. On top of that, she was very personable and had great energy!!! Before I left I wanted to ask if I could speak to the manager about her and come to find out she is the manager! If you ever get serviced by her know that you are being serviced by the best! Drinks, personality, convo, and being considerate 10/10 !

I ordered 2 Frappuccino's with extra espresso shots and got what tasted like straight milk. I pay for the extra espresso shot because I want it to be stronger and I got one of the worst Frappuccino's ever
