Sharing on my husband’s profile because I do not have google reviews .. Tonight December 20th 2025 around 5:40pm me and my 2 year old came in to get a pizza and footlong . Immediately were greeted with a warm smile and conversation. I didn’t catch his name but he had Red Dreads a Blue Face Tat and was a white guy. Our food was made quick and absolutely delicious !! although the amazing customer service Is what really made me want to leave a review . I’ve come here before customer service had not been up to par so I never knew what to expect when coming to this location but the warm smile Asking if everything was all right, putting extra napkins in the bag an amazing manners is exactly what every food establishment needs. I don’t know his name, but I do know he most definitely deserves a raise and or promotions . If you’re in the area and you want a great sub 10/10 recommend having him make it & No complaints on the pizza from my little guy lol

The sub sandwiches we had were okay, but nothing that was exceptionally good. We were disappointed that the employees closed the dining area and we couldn’t eat in the restaurant. Even at a full hour until closing.

i ordered 2 footlongs and 4 cookies. i placed the order for chocolate chip and when i received it i got the macadamia nut. my boyfriend picked up the order and was told no more chocolate just white chocolate not giving a refund option. so i go up there today asking for the chocolate cookies because that’s what i paid for and she said she wasn’t able to. and her teeth were messed up so she probably ate all the chocolate chip cookies when they ran out, so it’s not ok and this subway is not good don’t go, horrible attitude

Manager is not very friendly. She puts very little onion and green peppers on your sub. Literally breaks the green peppers with her hand in pieces. Who does that. Omg she puts very little on meat on the sub. Don't want her to every make mine again. She needs to be trained on how to make subs.

Used to be best Subway in area - no longer. Did not have multiple condiments plus rotisserie chicken they had was bottom of barrel. Lead attendant cussed a bunch due to the situation. Bread was not fresh - very flaky. Also charged extra $3 for Ham and Turkey sub since charged Ham as Extra Meat even though Ham and Turkey Sun was on the Menu.

We have ordered from this location a few times; after our most recent experience we will not be returning. The staff are friendly but incredibly inefficient and inconsistent; the quality of food is mediocre at best. You'd be better off getting a pre-made sub at the Kroger next door.

I ordered a foot long Turkey for takeaway. It was good. I plan to go back to try The Boss, its a meatball and pepperoni sub. I plan go back to that location again

If I can give this store a 0 star I would. The manager there was extremely rude to my aunt after she asked for her sandwich to be remade because the order was wrong. She yelled at my aunt and even called the cops to have her removed from the store. Subway is this how you treat your customers?? Even stating that my elderly aunt was stealing snacks from the business even tho she had a receipt. I have never seen and dealt with anything like this before I will be calling corporate and telling EVERYONE not to visit this location. The manager there needs to no longer work there. And shame on her and her actions.

I’ve lived in this area for over 10 years and I haven’t been to Subway in the last 7. I was shocked and appalled to arrive at this location and see a person loitering in the front. I waited a bit before I exited my vehicle to see his intentions. I mean, although it was 37° he could’ve been outside to get air after he ordered his food.NOT! Nevertheless, I proceeded to the counter to order my food & I see one of the workers has her 2 children behind the counter! They were making themselves sandwiches! Although they were wearing gloves, these children had on their outside coats! The fact that this worker felt it was OK for her children to be behind the counter is ridiculous. I almost expected them to take my order! I’m all for moms that have to bring their kids to work for whatever reason, but she could’ve easily had them sit in the dining room at one of the tables, or have them sit in the back. Out of sight out of mind. She could’ve made them something to eat herself and brought it to them. After seeing that, I just left the store frustrated. After a hard days’ work I just wanted to grab a sandwich and head home, but that wasn’t gonna be the case. Pretty disgusting after that.
