I have visited this Subway a few times. Very few customers. I recently ate there... AND IT WAS DEFINITELY MY LAST!!! I have never been waited on by this Manager before.... He stated that my coupon (for a free cookie with ANY purchase) could not be honored because I was already using a coupon for combo meal. When I explained that my coupons were acceptable the 2 previous times when I visited, he blatantly looked at me.... and said that they have never honored the coupons in that way. I WISH SUBWAY'S CORPORATE OFFICE WOULD PAY A SURPRISE VISIT!!!!!!

As mentioned in other people's comments, the problem is the attitude of the young male employee who works here. Even when we order, he acts like he can't hear us and shows an annoyed attitude and expression. If you can't hear what people are ordering to you, remove the earbuds from your ears and work.

My fiancé and went to this subway while I was in my lunch break. The young man that was working was not exactly friendly and he had his earbuds in and he was singing to himself the entire time I was ordering. He kept saying I can’t hear you. Well if he didn’t have his earbuds in blasting then he could hear me since I am not quiet. I also mentioned to him that I did not want onions on my sandwich since the elite chicken bacon ranch has onions on it and the young man looked at me like I was speaking another language. After having to repeat myself twice to order he then looked at my fiancé and said rudely you getting something too? My fiancé also got frustrated during this encounter since he also had to keep repeating what he wanted. I get that it’s a subway, but the service here sucks! I have had issues before, but today sealed the deal. I will not be returning to this subway.

I placed an app order around 9:30am for pickup at 12pm. When I arrived at 12pm I saw a young man in a Subway uniform standing in the parking lot looking around. Not a good sign. I went inside to discover a line of about 6 people and no employees in the store. He came inside and began taking orders of the people in line. I asked if I should come back because I see my order is not ready, and he said yes. I assumed he’d make my order while I was gone because app orders are prepaid. Wrong. I returned about 20 minutes later and he was still moving extremely slow (no sense of urgency), taking walk-in orders. He laughed and shrugged his shoulders and said he was the only employee working. He didn’t offer a solution to what he was going to do about my order, which you are unable to cancel app orders and it was already marked in the app as “ready” although it was not even made yet. At 12:30pm, 2 more employees showed up with a group of other young men, all somewhat loud and looking impaired (disheveled, red eyes) as if they had all been out smoking a substance. The two latecomers washed their hands and started helping and my order was finally made. The sandwich tasted good and ingredients were fresh, but I won’t be back.

I was left confused by this location. The man behind the counter was the slowest sandwich maker I have ever encountered. I'm not exaggerating by saying it took 20 minutes to make our order of 3 footlongs and one 6" subs. We were the only ones in the restaurant so I can only imagine what the lunch rush must be like. The sandwich was delicious so I gave it 3 stars.

Stopped by with a friend to get some take away after doing some shopping in Walmart a little before 9pm and the young woman working ignored us for about 10 minutes while dumping trash and then taking bread out of the oven (I’m unsure if she washed her hands between). She finally just walked out toward the checkouts in Walmart. All this without acknowledging our existence in the shop. We wondered if they were getting ready to close and after a little investigation, discovered they don’t close until 10pm. We just left.

I'm giving one star because I have to. The veggies is not fresh at this location. Sad because you are literally in Walmart located near the produce..lol. The young lady behind the counter had the nerves to have a attitude. It's the customers rhat should be mad at you trying to push them bad veggies. ?

The staff here is really nice and pleasant. Everything was fresh and handled with care. Sandwiches were made very well and had fresh cookies! Not sure about other reviews and situations but being courteous to others goes along way! 8/13 morning staff was superb!! I would definitely come back in here again! Nicer and well kept here than some other places!

Just walked in this subway ... Waited in line to order and Watched the guy that works here coming back from taking out garbage, not washing his hands and put gloves on to take my order ... I Told the guy, you just came back from taking out the garbage and didn't wash your hands and put gloves on to take my order I'm good and walked out and all he did laughed like it was a big joke ...sure wish I worked for the health department cause right there I would have shut them down...
