This Subway got a whole new look inside, and it looks really nice now.Service could have been a tad faster.Drinks were flat, but my sub tasted GREAT. Something different about their cheese that tastes extra good.

I have IBS and was using the restroom for about 15 minutes and I kept hearing the door to the separate bathrooms opening and closing then finally a knock in which I responded but heard nothing back. I ordered my food then ask the man that ranged me up if one of the staff was who knocked on the door. He's rude and says I was in the restroom for 30 minutes, it's a public restroom and not at home, and other people were trying to use the restroom. I told him I'm sorry but I can't make it come out any faster, what do you want me to do? He repeats himself saying the same thing a couple of times and so did I including that I think he was being rude. He said he wasn't and that I could leave and grab my napkins on the side. I went to grab my napkins and he starts up again. I told him you told me I could leave but you are starting back up again and nonetheless I couldnt use the bathroom faster than I had. This man was insensitive and even told a guest before me that he had to move back to grab ingredients after he had pushed his sandwich down the line because the guest wanted to add something else to his sandwich. The older lady working with him had to wave him off to shut up.

Absolutely the worst Subway around. The fly problem has been bad but it has gotten worse. Watched flies land on the preparers gloves and on my sandwich!! I walked out. Disgusting.

This is my favorite Subway, I drive past the Poquoson Subway to come here. Every 2 weeks or so I receive great paper Subway coupons; THIS SUBWAY ACCEPTS COUPONS. The Subway in Poquoson does not accept coupons or offers. Everything is fresh and the staff is superb.
This is my favorite Subway to visit in the area. The staff is very friendly, the store is roomy and always clean. Not a lot of traffic in this shopping area so it's always a breeze visiting here.

It really just depends on who works there how your food will turn out. I always order a salad and sometimes it’s good but other times they just give you a little bit of spinach and no lettuce. I pay like 9 or 10 dollars for a salad, not a side salad.
