Stopped in for my first visit to this location on July 23rd around 1:30pm. My husband and I don’t get Subway often because across 4 different states we’ve lived, the ingredients never look fresh and the stores always look dirty, but my husband is collecting the Happy Gilmore cups so I stopped in to see what I could get here. I was pleasantly surprised to walk in to an extremely clean store, and an amazing young man working the counter. He was so nice and friendly, even asked if I wanted my sauce light or heavy on the meatball sub which is something I’ve never been asked at any location. The ingredients were so fresh as well! It was like I stepped back in time, I have not seen a subway this clean with this fresh of ingredients in maybe 15 years. I will definitely be stopping by this location again! I wish I had gotten the young man’s name but he deserves a raise!

I have been getting subs from this location for 2 years. 30 percent of the time, the sub is good and has a decent amount of meat.
Today I git a subway club, ham and turkey. It has one layer of ham and one of turkey. It's literally the sorriest sub I have ever gotten from this location.
It doesn't appear there is a standard for the meat on the sub. It is always different, but this is just sad.

What I can assume was the manager, was negligent in paying attention to customer attendance waiting to order. Poor old man in front of me- whom arrived before I walked in the door, was waiting on one of their chairs to order his food when I took my son to the bathroom for a few minutes and he still was not helped by the time we were ready to order as well. Due to the attitude of this employee, I will happily eat elsewhere anytime I am in town.

Subway is not the best sandwich place out there, but this is the best location in the area. Food always seems to be fresh and employees have great customer service.

I used to come to this place Faithfully all the time and Order sandwiches during my lunch. I used to get my sandwiches microwaved now I got told I cannot have my sandwich microwaved instead of toasted. Because the staff will get in trouble from microwaving my sandwich instead of toasting. I order a 6-in online to be as easy as possible in the type of 6 inch I get is steak and cheese. I swear it was like this sandwich was a disgrace to subways. I was served a sandwich that was mauled and thrown together with no toppings a whole bunch of sauce. Very little meat on my sandwich I don't know what has changed but because of the changes that are currently happening I'm good I'm coming back to this place ever again. Maybe some new leadership would put it in the right direction.

My husband and I enjoy going to this subway because it's clean and the atmosphere is comfortable. I especially like the customer service by a Young lady named Ella, She is very sweet, kind, and courteous and she's a great sandwhich maker too! I also like that she washes her hands and puts clean gloves on when making my sandwiches. We go there often and she is the first and only person to ever greet me and make me feel welcomed. It's rare to get good customer service these days, so when it happens, I feel its important to acknowledge the shining employee! Thanks Ella, keep up the great work! 😊

Priscilla is absolutely rude and has bad attitude not friendly at all. Every time i asked for a veggie she got mad about it and made me feel like i should not be getting a sandwich. Only reason i still come to this location is because kayla and damien give great service and its never a problem when i order with them.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS!!! Have come here many times and literally every time have spent a long time waiting for someone to take my order while I’m staring at the employee not even acknowledge.Must have happen to me over ten times and I swear I’m finally done with this shiiiity spot.I saw an older dude today constantly yawning into the food. Like bruh get a mask on if you can’t stop yawning over the food.Had one girl who had earphones on and never once said hi or ask to take our order as she ignored us.Food is all the same so I can’t complain about that. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the bad service.
