I have something to say about the young gentleman that works here just about every day it seems. I approached him with nothing but RESPECT. The other young lady was so sweet and willing, but he had the craziest attitude. And he was trying to make my sandwich so fast as if I was going to snatch it away from him before he could finish. Girl relax. And he wasn't even fitted. Like you get what, hundreds of costumers a day, you're the only fast-food place (that I know of) on this base and you're basically a celebrity there because everyone will go there and see your face. But you have the audacity to show up to this job like your mom still lays your clothes out for you. As far as I know the top of the hats have holes in them but his doesn't, wouldn't be surprised if he's hiding a rat underneath it. what is going ON? IDK if he was coked out or what?

BLUF: Every sandwich comes with attitude. I would say the food in this subway is below average but gets 2 stars for convenience .
Apparently the lady there had worked for 50 years and can’t make a mistake. The sad part is that she’s worked in the food industry so long that she hasn’t learned costumer service skills . I would rather fish at the pier and cook my own food than coming here again , but if you have to come just know that the quality of the food is below average . The inside is nice and has self service fountain drinks.

Health Violations, Terrible Service, And Ripping People OffI go in and get my sandwich, and find that the older gentleman who I think's the manager is putting veggies on my food. As we go to pay I hand a $50 bill (while he's wearing his gloves mind you) because that's all I have, and he almost gives me too little change by $10, luckily I caught it. Then, as I get my food, receipt, and change, I see him start the next order with the same gloves! Absolutely disgusting and a health violation, I can't imagine how many other unfortunate customers experienced this without even knowing. I wonder if their employees are doing the exact same thing! Also, while I'm walking to my room I look at my receipt and notice the sandwich I ordered is priced wrong according to the menu! This is absurd, I never want to come back here again!

I use a cupon 13 dollars 2 foot long the sandwiches where good. The employee (owner) was so nice an attentive. The place it absolutely clean ans big nice place to eat the veggies where on spot meets and cheese. They had a variety of cookies ,soups amd chips so I will defenetly go back for a snack. The stablishment also have a navy Federal on post and a barbershop. Visit the page fot hours of operation this is on a military base so you'll need to have a dependant or active duty ID.

This location is on the Yorktown training facility in a building near the water and shares the building with the Exchange. The space was clean with about 8 booths and room to walk around. You order at the end of the counter nearest the door and (as with all subways) proceed down the line as they prepare your food to your liking. The staff was pleasant and efficient. I purchased a drink, a cookie and a footlong sub for $12.73. The one downside to this location is that the hours are limited. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Do I really have to ask three separate times to put on more peppers and onions, each time this man grabs a little pinch and adds it to the subway sandwich. The last time I remember you were allowed to get as much is you want added on.
