Absolutely Disappointed – Worst Experience We've Ever Had at a Texas Roadhouse
We came to this Texas Roadhouse while on vacation from North Carolina, hoping for a good meal and a good time with our family — especially for our 3-year-old. What we got instead was a total disaster and honestly the worst service we've ever experienced at any restaurant.

after waiting 1 hour, we were told that our party could not sit together. When a table became free the waitress was going to move us over so we could sit together. soon after that the manager Kenya approached and her exact words were I'm not going to play musical chairs you have to sit here. I will NOT ever be a patron here
just sat here for 30 mins calling store to put to go order in to get told kitchen is closed when they're still open. literally wouldn't answer phone for 20 mins then not gonna take my order.
