Absolutely Disappointed – Worst Experience We've Ever Had at a Texas Roadhouse
We came to this Texas Roadhouse while on vacation from North Carolina, hoping for a good meal and a good time with our family — especially for our 3-year-old. What we got instead was a total disaster and honestly the worst service we've ever experienced at any restaurant.
Our server, Hailey, clearly had no interest in doing her actual job. From the moment we sat down, she was more concerned with laughing, talking, and outright flirting with the table next to us than even acknowledging we existed. She threw our straws on the table like we were an inconvenience and walked off without a single word . That was the beginning of a long, frustrating, and disappointing visit.
We waited an hour and a half for our food — with a toddler, mind you — and not once did Hailey stop by to check on us, ask if we needed anything, or even apologize for the wait. At one point, she was standing with what looked like a manager, looking directly at us and still didn’t bother to come over. It felt like we were being ignored on purpose.
This experience was infuriating and completely unacceptable. We had been looking forward to this dinner, and it turned into an upsetting mess. If this is how you treat guests — especially families traveling from out of state — I can promise you we won’t be back. Do better. We’re not just disappointed, we’re angry.

Went for delayed mothers day dinner. I was so excited to be there as first time since I moved here. When we were sat our hostess promised Rolls and their famous butter. That never came. We ordered drinks and app. Potato skins were amazing we should of ate that and called it a night. Waitress forgot about us after that. They were busy but she walked around us. When she came to ask us if we were doing ok she them realized we never ordered. I got the 14oz prime rib , mushrooms and green beans, also ordered at table barbeque burger and grilled shrimp with loaded baked potato. When we finally got our food it was cold, the au ju on my plate was spilled and it was so cold the juice has congealed on my plate, mushrooms were burnt and I mean inedible burnt. Green beans great. Husbands burger a huge sloppy mess largest onions i have ever seen with the cheese all melted the raw onion and not a stitch I'd bbque sauce on anything. Dry burger. Daughter her shrimp was so overdone it was rubber Bs her potato not dressed at all nevermind loaded. We decided to call it a night. I won't be back. Hope your dinner is better.

Arrived during the dinner rush.. Parking is limited... Was seated fairly quick for the hour... Our waitress, Brenda, was exceptional, always there when needed... Food was great and on par with the other Texas Roadhouse establishments we've frequented...

The food is always sooo good and consistent! Our waitress was spot on especially since she was dealing with a packed restaurant! Texas Roadhouse will always be one of my top favorites! 😁

Service was good. It was very busy, as usual. My server did help me figure out how to reduce the sodium in my meal and it still tasted fine. Appreciate the free meal for veterans. My husband was happy with his burger. He also likes that peanuts are still available, although I think he would have preferred to throw the shells on the floor as they did in the past. 😭 The restaurant was a bit warm and humid.

I came in really close to closing and they let me sit wherever I wanted. I made a quick order and it all came out of the kitchen hot and ready and was amazing! I absolutely appreciated their service and quick kitchen staff! I'll be back for sure!
Awesome family friendly environment. The restaurant is very clean which is something I look for when I want to see if I would return to a place. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Food was great.

I went to this Texas Roadhouse with my mother on Mother’s Day , I have nothing bad to say about the server herself very nice young lady , but the food horrible .. We all ordered ribeyes and ribs medium well steak comes out black and burnt , manager blames the grill all the grill does is cut on , cooks do the rest so it was the cooks didn’t like the no accountability, no sorry no nothing ribs where burnt to crisp and tried to cover it up with extra sauce , mushrooms and onions burnt to crisp wow what a terrible mother day experience…. Manager then offers to re-cook the food ok great , next I bite into the only side left on the table , and I almost lost my teeth bit into a small pebble wow I am appalled at this point , I tell the manager and her response was rocks in the mash potato are a new one for me , well hell it’s a new one for me as well is what I wanted to respond with I didn’t ….I told them nicely we are leaving we didn’t touch any of the food ….. thanks for a ruined Mother’s Day you guys did a awesome job at that since you couldn’t get anything else right ……
