Been here several times for take out. I love the easy online ordering. Everything I’ve had tasted fresh and delicious. Thai Coffee was also very good. The sticky rice is also amazing!

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for many years and have always enjoyed the food, which is consistently excellent. However, I was very disappointed by a recent experience. An older woman who works there (possibly the owner, as she is always present) raised her voice at me after misunderstanding my order. She yelled so loudly that the entire dining area became silent, which left me feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable.
What she may not realize is how often I have recommended this restaurant to others and how much I’ve supported it over the years, even choosing it over other Thai restaurants in the area. While the food is outstanding, the customer experience also matters. On several occasions, I’ve noticed that phone orders are abruptly ended without a simple “thank you,” which feels dismissive.
I understand cultural or generational differences may shape communication styles, but courtesy and respect are universal values. Even if one customer may not seem significant, it’s important to acknowledge that respectful treatment helps build loyalty and trust. At the very least, an apology when misunderstandings occur would go a long way in maintaining positive relationships with your customers.
