Part of my order was missing yesterday I ordered through the app & I did contact tropical smoothie through the app but I didn’t know you should’ve called the direct location so scanning through my email I found that it was this location my order came from and I told them about my missing part of my order. I told him I didn’t have transportation so I couldn’t get there to get my order remade that’s why I ordered through door dash cause I don’t have a car. He still insisted that I come up there to get my order remade before 7 days! So in so many other words I didn’t get part of my order and I won’t be refunded for it I did send picture proof to tropical smoothie customer service corporate office. Can someone tell me how I can get in contact with corporate so I can get my money back!? Thanks

Food is good but you should go somewhere else if you don't have 25 minutes to wait for food. Management is great but the employees are slow and poor with time management.
I pre-ordered online food 30 minutes prior and set a time for pick up at 11:35 my order wasn't ready until 12pm. Making me late for work.

I ordered a Beach Bum smoothie and a three cheese chicken quesadilla. I could not taste the white chocolate in the smoothie. It tasted like Strawberry Banana. The quesadilla was super creamy and tasted bland. It might have been made with one cheese and no chicken.

So, I get mistakes happen, but sometimes it isn't acceptable. My wife went to get my son a smoothie. It was simple, "strawberries only, no banana. He is allergic to banana." The young lady made it with banana. When she brought this to the young lady's attention, her response was unnecessarily defensive/dismissive. She said she couldn't hear her through her mask and yada-yada-yada. ((The whole exchange was strange and the young lady gave off a vibe like she was high as a kite.))
So if someone is allergic or you didn't hear them, why would you make the order in the first place? That could be a potentially fatal mistake and isn't something to dismiss. People who get argumentative over these types of things should NOT be around food.
The other times I've been to this location the staff were great. They never had issues understanding my wife or me. Made sure to clean their prep area to be careful of my son's allergy. This experience definitely soured it though, and I would encourage the leadership of this store to really emphasize the seriousness of allergies to their staff.

Make sure you taste your smoothie before you leave the cafe. I have had multiple experiences where my smoothie had large chunks or fruit and ice. Which made it hard to consume my smoothie through a straw.
I've been going to this location for 3 years, weekly. I had someone new make a smoothie that tasted nothing like it should taste. I said I was in a rush, didnt have time to wait for another one, asked for a refund. I was advised that they won't consider issuing a refund. Called the next day to speak to a manager and was advised the manager isn't in but if I state my concern she would pass it to him IF she deems it necessary. No genuine concern displayed. Good Business sense says you issue a $8 refund to someone who spends more than $50 a week at the location because you know they'll be back to purchase again tomorrow. Bull I'll drive 20 min out of my way to another location before I step foot back into that location. Too bad the two veterans/managers weren't there. I'll miss the Cranberry Truffles made the correct way and excellent customer service they displayed.

A good smoothie. My only complaint is the tip screen. I am not a fan of this increasing tip culture. I usually tip anyway, and I did.But I don't find this on par with waiters, delivery drivers, and others that really have to work for their wages. To the management/ownership, I would say to pay the employees a fair wage and adjust prices to reflect. Adding a tip screen preys upon nice people (like me).I am always less inclined to visit an establishment that asks for tips when it should not be.To add: As I left, I was aggressively solicited for donations by someone who set up a display outside the door to Tropical Smoothie. I was guilted, and I gave a donation. There's nothing like going in for a $7 smoothie and spending $20.Yes. I understand that I can say no to tipping and no to donations. But I am a sucker and easily guilty. It is easier to say no to returning.
Vegetarian options: Many smoothies and things to eat that are vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: I have many dietary restrictions, but I find plenty of options here.

The smoothie ordered on August 4, 2023 a Jetty Punch to be specific was runny and lacked flavor…I should have requested someone else make it …I ended up throwing it away??♀️
Omg the watermelon mojo is a must have.
This young man was by himself and we had a large order but he did an amazing job ?
Patient with me ordering as I’m not super familiar with the menu! It was Delicious, clean location , nicely decorated, and good service. Thank you!
