This is by far the worst Wawa on the Peninsula. Horrible attitude of clerks and any hint of inconvenience to them , they will reprimand customers.

Hoagie's are okay. Bread seems different. Chewier. Plenty of toppings though. Cashiers are kind and efficient. Sandwich service is a little slow. Parking can be a challenge at peak hours.

This the first location where I have had a issue. I ordered a burrito. It seemed the lady was confused on what she was doing. Took a while even though they were almost empty. I get home to see it was missing ingredients I ordered. So I returned it I was rudely told that I got what I ordered. But she said would make over but had a attitude. I had to drive back because she got it wrong. So I did a review Beth the manager was no help at all she backed up her rude and in the wrong employee very sad over $6

Getting bacon and cheese fries pay for extra cheese and then get less cheese than what they would normally give you if you didn't pay extra lol... Cmons guys

Stood there for 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break only to get a hoagie with all burnt breaded chicken. So burnt that whole pieces were harder than kettle cooked chips. Couldn't eat my lunch but didn't have time to fix it. Avoid if you're in a hurry or on work lunch.

The customer service sucks the workers literally will hold your curbside order at the counter until it gets cold or melted. I had to call and get a refund for items I never received after waiting 30 mins.

I’ve loved Wawa since I was younger. Where I currently live at, we don’t have any locations in the state so when I came back to visit VA, I was more excited to order my food from a Wawa.Now this location wasn’t here a few years back so this is my first time and I will say, the first sandwich was slightly disappointing BUT they redeemed themselves the following day.I love the self-checkout now. Makes things a lot easier especially when the line is long for customers getting gas.They are conveniently located in a great area. High traffic for locals and travelers. Two ways to get in and out as well.

The Yorktown Wawa is my daily go to store. I have come to know most of the staff at the very least by face. Everyone is very very friendly and welcoming! However, I would like to give a shout out to Amanda who I see in the mornings and David who I see in the evenings! Both of you rock! Keep up the great work and thank you for making my stop in more fun and enjoyable
First time at a Wawa so I tried a few of the wawa brand items and in comparison to to there competitors I'd say that they are not only killing big name brands on the price but taste just as goodThe package may be cheaper and "dull" in appearance but honestly how it taste is more important than what the package looks like to me.

The staff is so nice here and they keep the store well stocked and very clean. This station has plenty of diesel pumps as well as more octane choices for gas. There is plenty of parking and room to get a truck and trailer to the pumps and out to the road without backing up a dozen times. This station isn’t even on my way but I stop every morning because I know the coffee will be great, the service will be exceptional and I can get to a diesel pump easily.
