Workers are not attentive at all and I waited for minutes too order with no line and people just talking in the back. Also there was a hair on my friends French fry in the bottom of the container, not his. Just fully unacceptable!!

I ordered a Cobb salad which had old or burnt chicken on top of it. It was all stuck together so I didn’t eat the chicken. Then I ordered a baconator double and got a regular double with cheese. I’m disappointed with this but what can I expect when you have a bunch of kids working and clearly no responsible adults working. I won’t be going back to this Wendy’s it’s sad!

I am a huge fan of wendys but every time i go to this location i order a simple plain burger with ketchup and mustard only and they can't even do that correctly. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Half the time the food isn't cooked all the way the other half i don't even get what i ordered..

Steve ordered 10 pieces nuggets, fries and drink.
Waited over 15 minutes for just a medium frosty inside and never received it, because it was not worth waiting for any longer. I understand that the staff may have been shorthanded and that the drive-thru was busy. However, that long of a wait for just a frosty is completely unacceptable, it only takes a few seconds of time to make.

This location is lacking. Went through the drive thru and it was quick but the food was… not it. The tenders are too small and the nuggets felt barely cooked. It wasn’t raw but it wasn’t fully done either. The fries tasted like they tried to reheat old fries. They were half warm and half cold. Not a great location.

Idk who the manger is on night shift but she definitely needs to be looked into, only on this shift have I had missing food but tonight I was served burnt nuggets or what I felt were were redipped nuggets, I mostly order nuggets so I know what they look like after asking for them to be fresh. She tells me they are not redipped I said okay but they are burnt she then says with an attitude to pull up.

Update 9.17.2025
This place is a joke. They say the are open for breakfast at 6am on both their app and on Google maps. But when I went through the drive through at 9am, I got an Attitude from an outside working employee. Saying we don't open til 10am.
Drive through is slow, going inside is slow and did I mention they are SLOW!

This Wendy’s is obviously horrible, want to know why it’s horrible? Because of the customer service and how they made my food. I ordered a big bacon classic combo everything on the sandwich besides the pickles and this girl with brown hair with glasses messed up my order she placed my sandwich with no cheese and added cheese sauce but that’s not what I wanted, I told her a cup of cheese on the side but not on the sandwich it was supposed to be American cheese, then she was like well when I added the cheese sauce it took the American cheese off. this other lady with dreads and another girl had an attitude with me telling me it was gonna be an up charge but again they made my food wrong and didn’t read me back my order. I was being polite and explaining what was wrong and they was getting smart with me all because the girl with the brown hair wasn’t paying attention and barely communicating with me about my food. I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here even I work fast food and I give out the best customer service but Wendy’s works do not at all!!! ( by the way their food is never fresh whenever I come in or the drive through and sometimes the fries aren’t even cook all the way which is unsafe because I’ve had some of my fries uncooked)

This Wendy’s has the absolute worst customer service and the “assistant manager” should be fired. She is completely incompetent and has absolutely no customer service skills. There solution for not doing their job was to force us to come back to the store for a refund of six dollars because they can’t remember to put food in bags. It’s fast food, not rocket science. Assistant manager couldn’t offer to do a refund over the phone as she claims that is not possible. I absolutely do not believe that as managers have capabilities of doing things like that for situations just like this. The assistant manager solution to the problem, was to simply hang up on my wife instead of coming up with a better solution than having us waste our gas and time for their incompetence. She refused to offer us even half a refund for our meal. So at a six dollar refund it’s not a refund when you factor in the gas to drive up there. Complete and utter incompetence from management. If Wendy’s ownership is intelligent in any way here at this franchise, they will be letting that manager go as soon as they can.

Has really turned around, week day visit at 3pm. Staff was very friendly, Chris at the counter especially. Much better experience than previous visits where the staff was rude and disrespectful. Dining area is cleaner than it used to be, thanks.
