Online it says that they are open until 6 pm on Sunday but they apparently close at 4 pm. Wasted time driving all the way here for absolutely nothing. I will be giving this place a higher review if they can redeem themselves next time I go AND they fix their hours online.

Got 2 pizzas to go. Having been brought up on New York style, our group found the crust was too doughy and bread like while also being undercooked. The toppings were not overly generous in the portions. While the pizza tasted OK, it needs tweaking to be outstanding.

I wish I could leave a better review. We had four different baked treats. The cream cheese filled chocolate cookie was really dry and crumbly, the lemon cake was good, the scone tasted ok but nothing like a scone, and the plain donut was fine. It was weird to go to an established bakery and have this experience. Oh, and the gameroom was closed which is understandable but disappointing.

UPDATED REVIEW GETS EVEN WORSE!!
I picked up my order. Order two chicken cordon bleu subs. they look toasted in the picture on the menu. So I assumed they would be toasted because chicken cordon bleu is usually hot however there was no option. My subs were cold. I also believe the chicken was actually turkey. Ordered honey bbq wings. Mostly breading and very little sauce. Ordered and paid for blue cheese dip. It was not in bag. We ordered breadsticks. I guess I should not have assumed they would have been served with the traditional marinara sauce. Seeing it was not a side on menu. Was looking forward to finding a decent place to eat in the area. Very disappointed. Will not be back. Since I posted this review the Bakehouse owner had reached out to me right after and said she was going to compensate for the mistakes she admitted her employees made by sending me a gift card to use at Vermont Bakehouse so we could try another meal. Unfortunately I never heard from the lady again or received anything in the mail. I was even willing to update my review to five stars had the experience been that the second time around. I even raved about how great her customer service was however, her commercial was great but her movie was terrible!

Nice little bake shop with tasty food and kind staff. The food is made to order so it is a bit slow but worth the wait .

Update: The owner has acknowledged the issue and reached out to me to say that they are going to rectify it so it doesn't happen again.

Despicable!!! I went to the Vt Bake House to get a veggie sub and a roast beef sub; on the veggie sub I asked for all the veggies except for pickles, hot peppers, and olives, and I asked for mayonnaise and provolone cheese, this is what I got after waiting for 20-30 mins!!!!! The contents: There were a few thinly cut onions a thinly cut tomato, and not even a full leaf of lettuce, no mayonnaise, and no cheese, that's it! Also, the Vermont Bake House is overpriced, especially for garbage (well, at least the birds were fed with my bread sub)! A picture is worth a thousand words; there was no respect in making this sub (see the picture below). I've been to the Vt Bake House several times, but after today, I'll never go to the Vt Bake House again! I wish I could rate this zero stars.

Don’t bash other local small businesses. Maybe if your pizza wasn’t from Sam’s club or Costco people would actually support you. Would love to see you guys take me to “court” like you’ve been saying your gunna do for over a year now đŸ€ŁđŸ€ŁđŸ€Ł don’t like an honest review then don’t offer people to leave reviews

Went there with 3 coworkers to enjoy lunch one day. Clean place with an awesome arcade in the back and plenty of places to sit down for whatever you order. Looks like there was only one very nice lady doing all the work by herself. Food is very reasonably priced and you get your bang for your buck no doubt here. Lots of cool little merch you can look at while you wait for your order as well. Highly recommend. They deserve all the business/love they get.

They missed the mark. They’re called a bakehouse but try to dip into everything else. The coffee bar is slanted so it’s hard to make coffee. The coffee they use is some knockoff brand and have very limited options. Their breakfast sandwiches are mostly bread. If you get a cinnamon bun they don’t heat it up. I have had a pie from there and it was good.

I tried to get a special order cake for my daughter’s birthday a month in advance but they wouldn’t do it.

I think they need to limit their food options so they can perfect them and focus on baking and a good coffee bar.

Kid-friendliness: There is a small arcade inside for kids which is nice.
