Everything was delicious! Some of the best Mac n’cheese I’ve had in VT, which is saying a lot. The steak was delicious, something that’s rare in New England. Good prices for the big portions and quality. You get what you pay for.

We were there on November 29, 2025. We ordered an appetizer that took 20 minutes. I had the chicken sandwich. I wish I would have taken a picture of it. It was deep fried and serene to me very brown and burnt. Needless to say the chicken was dried out. I couldn’t believe that was served to me. When the waitress asked how everything was I said this sandwich is inedible. No, I didn’t pay for the meal. My daughter’s Mac and cheese sauce was broken and tasteless. Not going back.

The place looks really good it is like a bar and old fashion ceiling nice flooring. The person who served me was quick on time and didn’t bother me to much and also pretty nice.the food I had was the chicken sandwich with the poutine side the chicken didn’t have much seasoning but the sauce bun and pickles made the juicy flavour come out.the poutine was really good flavour wise it was a bit too cheesy for me. But at the end of my experience thier was fantastic

Loved this little spot on the corner! Good vibes, good food!
Mexican corn dip is pretty damn good as well as the cracklins (good cold, too! almost like meat candy). The smash burger was very yummy and made me think of a much nicer, healthier Big Mac with the house sauce it comes with. New England clam chowder was a bit thin at the top and tasted more like a loaded potato soup than anything, but it was still nice and smoky with the bacon.
Definitely will do this again when back in the area!

Really nice place. The food is good With 1 Exception. I ordered a hamburger sandwich twice and each time I said Med. Rare and Both times it came Well Done. So next time I will say rare and see what happens. So disappointed because I Really wanted a good hamburg.

Excellent service and delicious, well-prepared food. The swordfish tacos were perfect and I substituted onion rings for the fries. I could tell by watching the wait staff and management that they really care about their customers. Locals from Barre need to support this topnotch restaurant. We were just passing through and may never get back here, although we will try!

The best fish and chips I ever had was years ago at a place known for the dish in Trafalgar Square. Until now, that is. Dish came piping hot with a crispy beer batter and meat in your mouth fish. Wow! Fries and slaw were good as well. Hubby liked his swordfish tacos and raved about the onion rings. Service from Lauren was excellent. Saturday night was not crowded but busy. Wish we didn't live so far away.
