I got a Pacific Veggie Pizza delivered tonight. I’m sorry, but it was terrible probably should not have been sent out. Th crust was badly burned, there were a few pieces so badly burned I would not eat them. The spinach was not cooked, it was just put on the top, very dry. I am very disappointed I was looking forward to enjoying my pizza.

I went on the dominos app and ordered a pizza and paid for it while at work . While on my lunch break I went to pick the pizza up . The app said that the pizza was completed so I went inside the store to get it . They told me that my order wasn’t ready yet . I waited about 5 mins then they said that my order was messed up and they would have to make a whole new pizza . I had to wait for another pizza and it made me 18 mins late to work. This place was unorganized and unprofessional.

We ordered online on Halloween at 4:50 pm and it just kept saying 14 minutes online we didn't get our food until 7:15/7:20 it was absolutely ridiculous they should have comped me for all of it or at or at least half then I was charged 3 times.....
Staff was very friendly and quickly had our order placed and pizza was ready in less than 15 minutes and it was perfect!

Good pizza. When it's right. We live 15 minutes away. Got home and a pizza was missing one of the toppings. Called and was on hold for 12.5 minutes. Then they didn't even apologize. Said bring the pizza back and they'll add the topping. Really? So now we are headed back to the store for a half-a$$ fix and by the time we get back home we'll be eating cold pizza with pineapple pieces falling off everywhere because it wasn't cooked into the pizza AND we'll have wasted half an hour plus gas. ?
