Used the order machine. It put my drink in as hot coffee instead of an iced latte. When I told servers she happily made my drink correctly.

6 teens working and had to wait 6 mins at the drive thru with no one online in front of me this place has gone downhill on weekends when there is no adult there to keep the kids online they were all gathered in a group and 1 girl was trying to make our coffees such a shame and we didn't care to here about their high school drama while we waited at the window

I assume there's no active management here, as the employees are always goofing around and there's always extremely bad and often obscene music playing way too loud. I've seen them spraying cream on each other, throwing food at each other, and swearing at each other. I've watched people stand and wait for their food while employees are goofing around, not making food or preparing coffee. I would understand if this was a once and a while thing, but it is every single time I've been here, and it is only getting worse.

I normally don’t have a problem with them but I ordered half chocolate munchkins and half glazed and I only got glazed when I walked in there was plenty of chocolate in there also ordered a wake up wrap that was turkey sausage egg and cheese and there was no turkey on it.

For months they made good lattes for dunkin. Now there’s new people working and it tastes like water and milk. It tastes like they put weak regular coffee instead of espresso and I’m paying as much as a good quality coffee shop. Please train your employees!

I will never spend a cent here again on a Sunday! I placed an online order that took 17 minutes from placement to receiving my drink. It wasn't even that busy and counted approximately 10 employees. I spend $25 to $35 a week here. When I go Monday through Friday mornings it's much busier and the longest I've waited is 5 minutes. Today seemed like mass confusion with employees and a lack of urgency. Yes they were young and possibly new. But what took place was a sign of poor management. To make matters worse my drink wasn't even made correctly and tasted subpar.

This is honestly the worst Dunkin' in the area. They have historically made my coffee well-enough, but for the past 6-8 months or so, I swear it does not matter who is in charge of preparing the food items but they will never actually be cooked. As in, not just uncooked, but everything is cold and the cheese has barely even changed shape.

They don't cook their food here. If you order a breakfast sandwich or any of their other food items, it will be cold and you'll hate it. I also always do a pickup order, so I'm seeing this even with food that is fresh out of their oven.

Their ovens either need to be fixed, or they are intentionally not leaving the food in for long enough because as I said, it doesn't matter who is actually in charge of food here because it'll always be cold when you get it. Still though, there's no way they are not aware of it and it's clear they do nothing to fix it.

I'd strongly recommend going to the other Dunkin' if you really need a Dunkin' fix, even if it's out of your way.

I've never had a issue with dunkins until today I order a bagel with extra cream cheese not I waited 15mins for a bagel mind u it was 1130ish so wasn't busy at all but I watched them put the cream cheese on it and it wasn't even enough to cover any of the bagel they wrapped it up and threw it to me and the guy was so rude when I said I asked for extra let's say thoses young ones need to learn respect we as paying customers make them their money and being rude to people is not a way to keep them coming back. As for the bagel I threw it away waste of time and money.

I usually love this spot and they usually make my coffee tasting great! But the past several times I go there this typically happens on a Sunday they have made my coffee wrong and it just doesn’t taste good at all I end up not even able to drink it. Maybe training the Sunday crew a little more on how to make coffee? I’m usually not one to leave anything like this but this has been every Sunday for a while it’s just not worth my money anymore ?
