Went through the drive through at 635 pm set there for4 minutes.No one answered on the intercom. Drive around they're all just standing around.Looking around, nobody was wanting to answer the window or work.

Apparently when you order a 50 count jelly munchkin box you only receive 36 munchkins. This has happened twice this week to us!

They keep putting that liquid sugar in my drink when I specify granulated sugar. I don't notice until I'm down the road already. When I ask for toasted bagel. I would like it toasted! Not thrown through toaster.

Used the order machine. It put my drink in as hot coffee instead of an iced latte. When I told servers she happily made my drink correctly.

6 teens working and had to wait 6 mins at the drive thru with no one online in front of me this place has gone downhill on weekends when there is no adult there to keep the kids online they were all gathered in a group and 1 girl was trying to make our coffees such a shame and we didn't care to here about their high school drama while we waited at the window

I assume there's no active management here, as the employees are always goofing around and there's always extremely bad and often obscene music playing way too loud. I've seen them spraying cream on each other, throwing food at each other, and swearing at each other. I've watched people stand and wait for their food while employees are goofing around, not making food or preparing coffee. I would understand if this was a once and a while thing, but it is every single time I've been here, and it is only getting worse.

I normally don’t have a problem with them but I ordered half chocolate munchkins and half glazed and I only got glazed when I walked in there was plenty of chocolate in there also ordered a wake up wrap that was turkey sausage egg and cheese and there was no turkey on it.

For months they made good lattes for dunkin. Now there’s new people working and it tastes like water and milk. It tastes like they put weak regular coffee instead of espresso and I’m paying as much as a good quality coffee shop. Please train your employees!
