My 86 year old German mother said it was the best bread she has had since her last visit home, (35 years ago). She bought liverwurst and cheese and ate an open faced sandwich that brought back memories of her childhood. Thanks Nancy P for thinking of mom.
We've been getting bread from Rise Up Bakery for a few weeks as part of a CSA and it has all been absolutely delicious! We always look forward to thursdays now, as thursdays mean a new loaf of bread!

Their delicious old world wood fired sourdough breads, focaccia bread and their other baked products are made from scratch with a lot of time, love and muscle power.
