My fiancé and I stopped in at this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. The owners were warm and kind and the food was absolutely amazing!! Huge portions more than worth the price. The broth and everything included is packed full of flavor and love. The owners obviously love what they do. We will be returning to this restaurant again very soonVegetarian options: Beautiful vegetarian selection! I was happy to receive as I actually have a meat allergy and am always disappointed how little restaurants have to offer or care for my food options

Such a great place to eat! The food is amazing. The young man behind the counter offered to walk me to my car because I was nervous about a couple people near where I was walking. So he took my food and walked me to my car! So kind! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Ramen and Pho were fantastic...we also got the Dumpling and BBQ Pork Bao Buns Specials...They did not disappoint..!! The Miso bone broth was light and full of flavor, and the meat was so tender..!!Parking: Off Street metered parking, but plenty of spaces...

So dissapointed. The first couple times we got chicken pho it was amazing and so flavorful This time there was no spice when I ordered it very spicy with extra hoiseen. The broth was unbelievably bland. The meat wasn't dropped in the broth and cooked in the bone broth, it was chunks chopped up. It had cabbage, squash, cucumber etc. There wasn't even enough broth to eat it as soup. (See picture, I tried one bite) it just wasn't pho. ? I used to prefer their pho to Capital Pho in Montpelier but it seems things have changed.
Great local place! Every dish handmade per order. Fresh ingredients, great flavors, authentic chef/owner. Try it!

What a gem in Barre, Vermont. The ramen dishes are generous and delicious. All the ingredients are fresh. Coming from California my expectations are high. Marlyn (the chef) appears to take pride in every dish she prepares whether it is an eat-in or pick up order.

The Tonkatsu, Curry ramen and pork buns were phenomenal, really friendly and family run, authentic and cool vibe. I'll be back soon!

My friends were visiting from out of town and we did a nice day trip to the NEK. On the way home, we decided to stop in Barre and try this place for dinner. I called in advance and a nice young person told me that they could probably seat us within the hour. We arrived about 40 minutes later and were lucky-two tables were leaving. It's a small and clean dine-in area, so consider getting take out if they are packed and you don't have time to wait. I had a pretty big lunch, so I ordered just the Filipino Sia pao buns and as a table, we ordered the pork steamed dumplings. My friends each got the Sensei ramen. The buns were fresh and delicious and the dumplings tasty. The ramen portions were huge and looked amazing. My friends ended up less hungry than they anticipated and as they were staying in a hotel, reluctantly left their soup behind. The meal was fantastic and I'll be back for sure.
