Great service/food when a nearby competitor couldn't hold up.

I ordered Subway through there app today and it was canceled. A few weeks ago we received our order and it was soggy not toasted at all. I called and the team member graciously talk to a manager and refunded our whole order. This was the first time I have had an issue. I ordered it again last week no problem was toasted and fine. I ordered today on my 1 hr lunch break and after waiting over 30 minutes I got a call from Jason (store manager) stating that due to our previous complaint he was canceling my order. I said what we had it last week with no issue. He said you have not even gotten food today and you are complaining ? I said only thing I put in notes is that delivery driver to get cash tip on delivery would not let me put it in app. He said i made your order last time and I said it was great last time. He proceeded and said to no longer order from them and hung up. I tried to call back and they would not answer. I used my husband phone tried to explain that we have ordered and eaten since the complaint with no issues and now you are refusing me service. He said do not order from us again and hung up on me. I one was not able to eat on my lunch had not time left. I think the owner should be aware that their employees are refusing service to a paying customer. I hope this review makes it to Bill. I am just blown away that a manager would be as rude as he was and treated how he wants when it is not his business.

This is the best subway I have ever been to! Clean, well stocked and fresh. The two gentlemen actually seemed happy to see us! They were so fast and very nice. Highly recommended!

The sandwiches we got were great and your typical subway sandwiches. HOWEVER the ft long nachos are a joke. We got these last night and the amount of nachos is clearly one of their small bags of chips tossed into a box. It didnt even have jalapenos or anything other than cheese and chicken. At the price point and amount you get might as well just make your own at home. Not worth paying someone else to make dorm nachos.

I have a bad review on google for a Subway in Tilton, NH, However this Subway in Barre, VT has vindicated Subway as a company. Corporate would be proud of this location. Clean, well lit, happy atmosphere. Good people. And to me, that is paramount. Who cares about the damn food if the folks preparing it snap at you, won't look at you, or even act like they are at an inconvenience dealing with you, it doesn't matter if you don't come back. . Customer service can be a challenge. If you have ever worked at fastfood, you know. People do not even consider that you have had a hard day, or that you have 6 things going on, or that maybe you are new to the job. They will treat you awful if they are even slightly inconvenienced. You must be patient and kind consistantly. At this location, they were genuinely happy to see me. They don't know me, but I'm a customer. And that's good enough. My sandwich was yummy, Congrats to this location, you have earned my gratitude and respect.

I decided to get lunch here today (1/9). The app wasn't working so I called it in to the store and placed the order. unfortunately I didnt catch the guys name who answered and made my food but shout out to him because he made what was easily the best sandwich I have ever gotten from a subway. Thanks man!

Never in my life have I ever been told a BLT is just Bacon and you Have to ask for lettuce and tomatoe,will never ho back to Barre subway on main Street
