Absolutely fantastic! The food was wonderful, and my waitress Emily was fun to talk to and she gave me great recommendations on things to see in the area. I wish I could be in town on Sunday for their brunch. I bet it’s fantastic!

Vegetarian options: The wild mushroom dish with the polenta was delicious! I also had the Asian pear salad and savored every bite!

I drove by this modest looking restaurant quite a few times while hiking in the area before realizing, I should make reservations and try it based off good reviews. Probably one of the best meals I have ever had, anywhere. Pork belly maple appetizer with their mac and cheese was amazing, and my scallop dish with sweet potatoes mash and maple glaze was incredible (yes I love maple everything). Crème brûlée dessert was perfect. I honestly wanted to try the whole menu and wish I had gotten the chance to eat here more on my trip in the NEK.

We drove an hour and half to have dinner here.

Our dining experience at the Parsons Dinner House ranks as one of our top 3 dining experiences EVER!

The staff made us feel at home as soon as we entered the door.
Maria, our host was very warm and cordial to us and added to the family feel.

Our entres were over the top delicious. Maria our host is also the pastry chef and she knocked our maple pie desert out of the park.

I highly reccomend Parsons Dinner House. It was worth the drive!

truly one of the sweetest and most delicious dining experiences i’ve ever had. Maria, the pastry chef/owner was our server and was so incredibly kind and welcoming. We decided to visit on the night they launched their autumn menu, which was such a treat. flavors were so well balanced, a dreamy experience overall. thank you!!

Incredible food and great service. They also have an impressive craft beer list. The only downside is the cost - $50 per person for brunch.

We loved this place! Everything we ordered was spectacular. The steak was perfectly cooked and the even brought us a little plate of blueberry corn bread that was amazing. Save room for dessert because there were tons of yummy options!

As a professional travel and event planner based in Boston, I've eaten at award winning restaurants in major cities across the world. After many visits, I can say that the food is consistently noteworthy and the talented chef does an amazing job keeping the menu fresh, seasonal, and interesting. It may be tucked away in the Northeast Kingdom, but the quality of food would give most "big city" restaurants a run for their money. We've entertained friends from NYC, Boston and Dallas at Parsons and all of them have been blown away. Just go, you won't be disappointed.
Oh, and don't miss the homemade Maple Pie!

Truly an incredible market to table place. Probably the best restaurant in the New England area! The menu is beautifully crafted and changes every season. Everything was beyond delicious, you just can’t go wrong. Maria who is the owner but also serves the guests is nothing but amazing! We had dinner yesterday and came back the next day just because of how delicious the food was. Definitely worth a visit!

You have to go eat there!

The food is incredibly good and homemade (with fresh, local produce to boot). The staff is kind, warm and professional. The place has an old-fashioned charm, its tables set with a white tablecloth worthy of a great restaurant and a little jazzy music.

We had a glass of wine each, salmon and sole meunière for main courses, and cheesecake for dessert. We were on cloud nine and we even thought several times that it had been a long time since we had eaten so well in a restaurant!

It’s certain, you won’t regret going there!
