What a nice discovery! We strongly recommend going to give it a try, especially if you’re in the lake Willoughby area. We took the Buffalo chicken wrap and the Better than a mac crunch wrap: both were excellent. And the fries were amazing! We will definitely be back!

Wow! To describe my meal in one word, it’s WOW! I have known Nichole for almost 2 years now, and I knew that she could throw down in the kitchen. She has experience in many areas and is passionate about cooking. I NEVER go out to eat, so sadly I didn’t try Platinum until tonight, and she delivered it right to my door! I always order a scallop dinner on the rare occasion I do eat out, and after taking one bite, I picked up my phone and sent her a message to tell her it is the BEST scallop I’ve tasted in many years!!! Cooked exactly how I like, and a large serving with 9 or 10 perfect size bay scallops, a large side of amazing tartar sauce, (can make or break a scallop) and the shoestring fries were something different from other’s. Fried perfectly with just a dash of salt. I will be ordering again and if you haven’t tried it yet, you should check it out. She has some unique dishes that you can’t get just anywhere. She Is very knowledgeable in high-end cuisine and it shows! She buys quality product, even though that means less profit in her pocket. She wants to make sure your experience is a good one. Especially if you like seafood, she knows how to cook it!!! Besides all of that, it’s a beautiful spot to sit and relax, and she’s an awesome person that will make sure your dining experience is perfect. Check. Her. Out!!!!!!

Completely fabulous food truck heaven with spectacular views and friendly folks. We had the fish'n'chips, but with the bacon potato balls & the fully loaded Titanium burger. Soooo full! We'll be back!

A little hidden gem !The Owner is so sweet and lovable and the food is delicious and fresh ! We will be coming back for sure :)We had the fried scallops to share (very generous portions that was split in 2 servings but usually served in one plate)
