Cute little spot on the corner right downtown BF. The most adorable vibes inside with plenty of cozy options to sit down. With free wifi and some delicious comforting baked goods with plenty of dietary need options! Not to mention the different specialty lattes and drinks are so tasty! Wonderful experience

Ordered an iced lavender latte and an iced chai latte - the chai latte was just milk, they either needed to steep it longer or use a concentrate. The espresso in the latte tasted burnt. Service was just ok, seemed like we were bothering the two women working just by ordering.

If I owned a coffee shop and had one customer I would hand them their coffee and tell them to enjoy their day instead of placing it at the other end of the counter and walking off without a word like you’re allergic to business. Won’t be back.

Landed at Flat Iron half way through a 30 mile Vermont bike ride. What a great find! Cozy but spacious with big windows bringing in the light. A perfect place to spend some time sipping coffee and reading a book. Our cappuccino was absolutely wonderful and the frittata was right out of a a Madrid tapas restaurant. Warm and kind service. Thank you!
