Our early New Years Eve dinner with friends was a fantastic experience. The waitress/owner was attentive and welcoming. New Year’s hat and noise maker was such a cute touch especially for the kids!
Food was amazing. Generous portions and very tasty. Dessert is a must! Looking forward to returning for more. Thanks for a great local experience!

The waitstaff was rude and judgemental of my daughter and when she simply asked for cream and sugar in her iced coffee and embarrassed her infront of everyone. Apparently she was dressed too nice for the establishment to be accepted and treated decently.

Fabulous dinner spot in Vermont. Got to enjoy dinner with my family while visiting from AZ. Had the Wednesday special, chicken and biscuits. So tasty. And then had to try the maple cinnamon roll with maple ice cream. So worth it!

We very much enjoyed our lunch here on Sunday. We made a big mistake and ordered the loaded fries as an appetizer out of starvation and by the time our entrees came we were stuffed, haha. But seriously all the food was very good with huge portions. My gut would be to say it was expensive but the portions were so large that we had three meals out of our lunch. We’ll be back for chicken and biscuits on Wednesday night. Our waitress Melissa was very sweet and helpful. It’s definitely a family friendly spot, lots of babies to play peek-a-boo with. Do make a trip out to the Wheel Inn, there’s a reason why Vermonters will travel to this local haunt.

Loved the turkey dinner, was craving for a long time and it hit the spot. Took a piece of the double chocolate cake to go and it was delicious and HUGE!! Well worth what it cost.

We had a busload of folks traveling back to NC and we stopped for lunch at noon on Thursday. They accommodated us and served us delicious food with ample portions. Then came the homemade desserts that were humongous and delicious. Recommend that anyone venturing anywhere within reason of Benson, VT, to give this place a try. You will not regret it.

We were traveling back to NC and happened upon this somewhat off the beaten path local restaurant. We were not disappointed in the least. They accommodated our busload of 38 southerners without missing a beat. The service was as excellent given being overwhelmed with that many at once. The food was not only delicious, but plentiful. But wait there is more. The desserts are ridiculously large and delicious as they are homemade. If you ever find yourself in Benson, VT, do yourself and your tastebuds a favor and make your way here.

I was advised to come here because of a whispered myth of superior pizza. I was not disappointed. A most flavorful and delightful feast was set before me. The atmosphere is somewhat raucous, as befits a high quality restaurant in the middle of the mountains, and I was pleased to be steeped in the ambience. The staff were very engaging and moved with fluency. Clearly, this is a well managed and fine establishment befitting of a visit.
