I've got in here before and had a fine experience. However, this was not the time! I was in there Sunday a week ago and asked for a basket because I couldn't carry things. There were 2 women, & one said it was outside, that's it. Puzzled, I realized she meant for me to go look for it outside. I couldn't find it, said so upon re-entering the store; so she went outside, found it, and handed it to me wordlessly. Customer service was zero. When my items were rung up, she said nary a word. I understand tourists can be a drag, but I'm not one--live around here--and was very disappointed with the lack of friendliness or customer service.

I had Pratts cater my wedding a few years ago. Coming from Boston a gas station/grocery store/ deli was the last thing I was thinking of but the locals recommended it and I'm glad they did. The service was phenomenal, everyone loved the food (BBQ). The staff was genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Every so often when I'm un vermont I stop by and the food is still just as good as it was in 2019.

We, like thousands of others, traveled up to Vermont to watch the eclipse. Knowing that space would be an issue, we stopped at Pratt's Deli to get sandwiches before hunkering down. Not only was everyone in the store super nice and friendly, the sandwiches were amazing. I got a club that was so large, it lasted the whole day. My husband got Betty's Bomb and would not stop raving about it. Definitely worth the stop if you're in the area!
