A big shout out to Pratt’s Deli for the great service and food they provided for our 60th class reunion held yesterday at the Vergennes Legion. Everything was perfect!
I've got in here before and had a fine experience. However, this was not the time! I was in there Sunday a week ago and asked for a basket because I couldn't carry things. There were 2 women, & one said it was outside, that's it. Puzzled, I realized she meant for me to go look for it outside. I couldn't find it, said so upon re-entering the store; so she went outside, found it, and handed it to me wordlessly. Customer service was zero. When my items were rung up, she said nary a word. I understand tourists can be a drag, but I'm not one--live around here--and was very disappointed with the lack of friendliness or customer service.
