Definitely worth it if you can get there during their limited hours. BBQ is hard to find in the area, good BBQ even rarer.

Seafood chowder was excellent. The waitress had no personality and was extremely rude. I'll never go back. No tip for you cept try being FRIENDLY!
Waitress lives in too small of a town to have the attitude she has. She is rude and calls disabled people whack jobs publicly on social media. Too small off a town for such a poor attitude.

We came on the day of the eclipse, when hordes of folks from out of state descended on this small town. The folks running the restaurant were wonderful. We waited a while for the table as the kitchen was overwhelmed, but we expected that (and had nothing to do but wait for the solar show anyway!). The staff were SO nice to our group of 7 (the 4 kids sat at their own table). The food was EXCELLENT. I had a delicious breakfast sandwich, the kids loved their pancakes, the bacon was cooked perfectly, and all of the members of my party loved their food. The owner was friendly and continuously made sure everyone was happy and the bathrooms were clean (they were! so clean!). All in all, this was a great place to eat full of lovely people in a delightful and friendly town. Highly recommend, and we will be back next time we are nearby!

Had an ok breakfast here on eclipse day. Although the atmosphere was good, the service was unfortunately extremely slow - we waited for nearly an hour to be seated, and then another hour to be served, presumably because of the large crowds in town for the event. The breakfast was also just ok - the brisket hash omelette was on the bland side and the toast was decent but a bit overdone for my taste. The beans were amazing, however - would definitey have those again if I had the chance.

My GOD this food was good. The sausage gravy was far and way the absolute best I've ever had. I will come back as often as I can manage. It would make a unicorn cry with the beauty of flavor.

We checked out this reasturant while on vacation. The staff was extremely friendly. The food was legit so good. Everything is homemade. Later in the day we saw the same reasturant staff running a food stand at Colebrook craft fair. They remember us from the morning and we ordered their brisket. It was so good. My boyfriend said it was better than the brisket he had in Texas. This place was one of the most friendliness reasturant I've experienced delicious food.

We’ve been coming here for years. The food is always good. The service is fast and friendly. It still has the old “Jennifers” feel. Every time I’m up to camp, I make it a point to come here.
