Worse meal and service in a long time! We use to love this place and few years back with the good chef and good menu and the best homemade potato tots with the pickled onions.. then they got rid of all the good stuff on the menu and we stopped going ... now they have a bigger menu back and the food sucks. Over 100 bucks for 2 people of terrible food almost spoiled salmon and we only got 10% of that didn't even cover the salmon.. 10 dollars for disgusting canned clam chowder... service was horrible.. do don't waste your time or money ... goto fraziers in windsor VT... 100% better food.. the maple kitchen is a no go

My husband and I stopped in for dinner out of convenience. It was Sun.5th early dinner . But Wow we had nice view by the Window our server Caleb was also bartender so just him and the Chef . Short on staff so he had his hands full doing the best he could. I think my husband had the braised beef and mash potatoes . I the absolute best Asparagus I’ve Ever Had done perfect I also ate my hubbys lol perfectly cooked the best and Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin 7oz. Omg med. Rare perfectly cooked I love black pepper so it has a kick to spicy for my husband but I Loved it !!!!! The Chef had his hands full but our dinner was well worth the wait . Thank you Caleb for job well done thank you Chef for a top notch meal WOW !!!!!!😋😋😋😋😋😋😋

My mom and I had an excellent experience this evening at the Maple Kitchen. We shared a lobster fondue, tomato bisque, salmon entree & the short rib entree. All dishes were served hot, well sequenced & absolutely delicious. The short rib with mashed potatoes and asparagus was tender, well seasoned and a nice portion. My mom’s salmon featured seasonal root vegetables and the salmon was cooked nice and crispy but so juicy on the inside. Thank you so much to Alexei, the chef-manager for making our evening & the delicious food.

Enjoyed our dinner at The Maple Kitchen at the HICV Mt. Ascutney Resort. They were short-staffed, so the service was kind of slow. But the wait staff were friendly and acknowledged the delay. The chicken pot pie was excellent, and the pot roast was good too but didn't include any vegetables. The beer selection was good and the atmosphere was good too. Unfortunate that they aren't open for breakfast though!

Had steak tips and shrimp, steak was tender and cooked to my preference and shrimp was perfectly cooked. Wife had penne and sausage in a tomato cream sauce that was very flavorful.

Wonderful place and food is terrific. Their garlic Parm fries and candied bacon were amazing. Can't miss coming here.
This place was surprisingly delicious. It's inside a resort and visually is pretty nondescript and commercial-looking. But the food we had was great - I got the chicken apple sandwich and my partner got the French dip. Both were cooked well and flavorful, and the fries were the perfect balance of fluffy and crispy.

Food was basic and devoid of flavor. I ordered the fish and chips. Service was ok, not very personable. The young server was polite but seemed to be reading from a script from an old movie. If you were looking for a snack and access to a TV outside of your room then this place might be for you. Beyond that there isn’t much atmosphere to describe. In completing this review I saw more option to review from the menu than what was available while we were there. Candied bacon was overrated.
