The staff were super friendly and the food was amazing. My husband got the special which was pesto grilled cheese with chicken and I got the maple chipotle beef tacos with apple coleslaw. Both were fantastic. Hoping to stop by again real soon!

April’s Maple is always a stop when I visit family in Canaan or Averill. The creamies - unmatched. All of the food is delicious there. I had breakfast for the first time last visit and it was outstanding(usually get a sandwich like the photo). I always get syrup to go, and shop for merch or the goodies they sell in addition to all things syrup(most recently variations of flavored cheesecake mix). This place is a MUST. GO.

This place is better than your typical Canadian sugar shack. The soft serve ice cream, pulled pork, French toast, and combination platter were amazing. We stayed at Jackson's Lodge nearby and had the best breakfast the next morning. This is the only place to go in the area. It was so amazing that we went back two days in a row.
