Smelled like body odor when entering. Dingee and dark seating area. Friends ate I did not, not even a drink. Hubby tried an onion ring and that turned his stomach with one ring only. Lanes are not kept up. Needs sanding and polyurethane. Dusty and shoes everywhere. Behind you on bookshelf and in cabinet. No one cleans or maintains the shoes after use. Ceiling tiles moved and wires hanging where tv monitors were added to ceiling. Redneck for sure. I won't be returning, but the locals like it. On a good note, woman working was very friendly and did give his service to our friends.

We stopped in for lunch and a round of candlepin. The staff and everyone at the establishment were very friendly. The pizza was great and the drinks were cold! If you’re pass through Canaan definitely stop in.

It is a friendly local hangout, bowling, food, drinks, friendly service, great pizza, I personally love going to Wayne's Lanes. It's a very small place but cozy.

The owner (wife) who stated the female bathroom after her is rude, she walks around drunk and gives random guys massages. The food was cold and my drink came out with nasty sticky stuff on the top of the can. She also made it very clear she does not support female veterans.
