Found you during the pandemic, what a gem in my own “backyard”. I didn’t know you existed. Thankful to have access to superior Vermont flour. It has made my sourdough bread & baked good outstanding! I’ve been baking for 50 years, this is by far the best quality flour ever???thank you

Just learned of this place after ordering hushpuppies at @maple soul in Rochester, VT, and the woman sitting at the bar mentioned that her brother grew the corn that was in the thing I just ordered! Small world, and so many good practices coming into place in regards of feeding our families and neighbors and showing others how to sustain themselves on ingredients that come from right outside their own front door. Catherine is a love, and though our words were few, I feel like I made a new friend, and I hope we stay in touch.
