We went there twice the first time I ordered a Shroom and Swiss the bread wasn't toasted, We went back today February 21,2025 we didn't get all our order they forgot my shroom and Swiss melt, we ordered two king Jr kids meal chicken nuggets they forgot one chicken nuggets in one kids meal ,ordered an ice tea they forgot the ice we paid fir all of it. I will never ever go to the Burger King in Colchester.... Wendy's and McDonald's is looking better better every time.....COLCHESTER BURGER KING IS AWFUL not very friendly either

Went to this Burger King today expecting the same experience we receive in our town in Sweden and we were severely disappointed. The woman we dealt with was very inattentive and had no idea about any of the menu. We ordered our food and looked at the receipt and it showed one item we ordered was missing. I brought it to the woman’s attention and instead of just saying no problem, I’ll charge you for one more, she insisted on arguing that I ordered incorrectly by saying with an attitude “but YOU only ordered one”. The food was typical Burger King quality and the manager who called our to-go order number wearing the hat was great and friendly, but the woman with the nose ring gave an attitude like she could care less about the customer and didn’t wasnt to be there. We also waited 30 minutes for a meal of four. Horrible experience, find better employees!
There's a male worker that's creepy as he'll. Won't take no for an answer. Don't go in by yourself. Bumped into him a few times outside of burger king and all I got was constant date request after I already said no. Ladies be careful he's a creep. management should really do something

We got into town on a late flight and needed a meal when everything seemed closed. We went through the drive through here and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Perfect burgers, crispy hot fries, and great service. Thank you for being open late for those in need!
