I come here with friends after trivia nights sometimes and there's this one guy who's great at the drive through who's always friendly. If he's working then you're good to go.However, every time I've ordered doordash on a Sunday night it's taken 40 minutes for the food to arrive, and every time they screw up something in the order. I ordered the candied bacon whopper meal and they sent some form of chicken sandwich. I don't understand how you can screw up an order for a signature item that's being actively advertised. I won't be ordering from here again and will actively go to any other BK even if it's further away.

The food is pretty good but unfortunately I've had this 1 person in management every time I go that is never friendly. He is actually unprofessional. The only other thing is that I always have to wait a bit longer than normal for my FAST food.

I go to this BK in Colchester about 4 times a week. Today I experienced the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I waited in the drive to line for abiut 25 min. I got to the window for them to try and give me the wrong beverage. I come to the store cuz I have a handicapped child due to a motorcycle accident he waits for me to come back with food. The young man at the window was extremely rude and kept being rude. It's not my problem she has a handicap kid.bMy order was cold straight out the window nobody up front for about 5 min and telling me we are busy. We come a lot but unfortunately now it's full of rude employees and I will not be returning there's no need to sit in line for over a half hour or even a half hour to get some food at a fast food and then have to deal with foul mouth rude employees.

The last two times I frequent this establishment I went inside because the drive through was packed. I didn't get what I ordered paying for Double Bacon Kings and getting a normal cheese burger. I went inside and ordered my food, watching the burgers and noting how the orders were put together wrong. Finally getting our food I asked are the bacon kings double? Oh yes sir, opened three up, again normal cheese burgers. I did not create a scene and just said I won't visit this store again.
