I am leaving this review after an unfortunate incident at the Costco Tire Center. I brought my brand-new SUV in for a tire installation in January. After the service was completed, an employee backed another customer's car into mine while it was in their care.
Despite me asking to fill out an incident report (it was after 9pm and I just wanted to get home) no one from Costco ever reached out to me. I eventually had to contact their insurance provider, Gallagher Bassett, myself....read full review
Wait four hours to get new tires , they said they were short staff. Well my question why didn’t you call and say that and we would have reschedule. That’s is too long of a wait. Went to the car this morning and one tire was flat. Plan a trip to see our grandson now wait for the tire to be fixed. My recommendation go to another place to get tires!

The Costco Food Court offers decent food at great prices with a typically clean and organized environment. Even when the store is busy, seating is usually available. The pharmacy receives high praise for its friendly and quick service, with staff who are well-trained and respectful in answering customers' questions. However, there has been some disappointment from customers regarding the discontinuation of certain products, such as the Polar Seltzer. Despite the reasonable pricing, some customers may not choose to shop there due to the extensive use of plastic packaging.
