First I want to say the food is good, service is prompt and semi professional. I'm issue is when I stop here in the morning the woman working is not rude, but isn't polite. Never says hello or responds to general morning questions like how are you. Just a sour look and poor disposition. Always seems miserable. Change careers if you are that upset with life.

I avoid this Dunkin location at all costs. It’s most convenient for where I travel but four separate occasions now the guy wouldn’t make one order of hash browns because he said they take too long. I thought once or twice because maybe they were short staffed but four times is crazy especially since two of the times he told me this after I already ordered. I haven’t had this issue at the location near Costco or by Fanny.

I understand being busy and short staffed but an employee in customer service should know how to handle any situation regardless. I go to Dunkin’ Donuts and the store several days a week sene as how I am very close by. During the last month, there is one specific employee who is very rude and very condescending. I have always been friendly and polite and have given her no reason, but even if she should know how to handle people in situations working in customer service. I’ve been dealing with it/her for the most part, but she was yelling at an elderly lady this morning and that is where I draw the line‼️

I was in the hunt for the spider donut. So, I stopped by here and was hoping it was available. Luckily they did have it. I was looking forward on trying it and was disappointed. No sign of the spider, just plain donut with regular frosting and a munchkin. Nothing too exciting about the flavor. Staff could use more enthusiasm. I said “thank you” and she said “yup”. For me, customer service is key.

The mobile app is not even going, and I am not one who likes to wait in line. I do have to get to work, and the fact they are not turning on the mobile orders sucks. People should learn how to turn things on. I am not happy because the mobile app piece is not on again
