I understand being busy and short staffed but an employee in customer service should know how to handle any situation regardless. I go to Dunkin’ Donuts and the store several days a week sene as how I am very close by. During the last month, there is one specific employee who is very rude and very condescending. I have always been friendly and polite and have given her no reason, but even if she should know how to handle people in situations working in customer service. I’ve been dealing with it/her for the most part, but she was yelling at an elderly lady this morning and that is where I draw the line‼️

I was in the hunt for the spider donut. So, I stopped by here and was hoping it was available. Luckily they did have it. I was looking forward on trying it and was disappointed. No sign of the spider, just plain donut with regular frosting and a munchkin. Nothing too exciting about the flavor. Staff could use more enthusiasm. I said “thank you” and she said “yup”. For me, customer service is key.

The mobile app is not even going, and I am not one who likes to wait in line. I do have to get to work, and the fact they are not turning on the mobile orders sucks. People should learn how to turn things on. I am not happy because the mobile app piece is not on again

I was disappointed with the drink I ordered. I ordered a large drink, and I got a large cup with medium liquid. I know because my wife had a medium cup and drink, and it was exactly the same.

Garbage service. You have to check and see if they are actually making it. Otherwise you could be there for hours.

Wow talk about rude and disrespectful employees holy smokes! Avoid this one and go to Pearl Street where the manager won’t yell at you because they don’t understand their own job. Filthy environment.
