First I want to say the food is good, service is prompt and semi professional. I'm issue is when I stop here in the morning the woman working is not rude, but isn't polite. Never says hello or responds to general morning questions like how are you. Just a sour look and poor disposition. Always seems miserable. Change careers if you are that upset with life.

I was in the hunt for the spider donut. So, I stopped by here and was hoping it was available. Luckily they did have it. I was looking forward on trying it and was disappointed. No sign of the spider, just plain donut with regular frosting and a munchkin. Nothing too exciting about the flavor. Staff could use more enthusiasm. I said “thank you” and she said “yup”. For me, customer service is key.

I ordered a coffee on the Dunkin’ app and forgot to add caramel, so the coffee only had almond milk in it. The lady at the Dunkin’ counter was so kind and helpful to kindly add the caramel for me even when I made the mistake to forget to add it to my order. I really appreciate the kindness, and friendly customer service. Thank you!
