I had one of the worst drive-through experiences at this Dunkin’ Donuts location in Vermont. The employee taking my order was completely unprofessional—mumbling, using slang, and making it nearly impossible to understand what he was saying. It felt like he was trying to act cool rather than do his job. If you expect clear communication and basic courtesy when ordering your coffee, I’d recommend going elsewhere. This location seriously needs better training and standards for customer service.

Says they open at 5 AM on Saturday, pulled in at 5:50 lights were off, but there was a woman standing in the window, so I pulled up to the drive-through and sat there for five minutes and nobody answered.
The location in colchester i waited legit 15 mins for 10 munchkins the staff was rude AF and acted like I was inconveniencing them for them doing the job they got hired for. Made me, my husband and our 2 children feel like we were a burden and complete inconvenience. My kids asked what we did that was bad due to the behavior of the employees

Drive thu service was a joke she couldn’t understand that I ordered 2 med coffees and kept giving me a mix of the two so went inside and got someone else to help me and he was very frustrated and he made the coffee wrong so I asked for refund and was told only the manager can give refund but they are not working. So that means they can’t trust the employees probably giving false refund and keeping the money 💰 stay away

I only got to drink half my coffee before it became gritty and way to bitter to drink clearly coming from the bottom batch… my girlfriend’s colatta was pretty much liquid served from the counter and the wake up wraps definitely were freezer burnt
Very disappointed. Showed up to pick up my Mobil order at 6 in the morning before work, says they are open and the app let me place my order and took my money, there was a worker in the building so I stopped at the window because no one answered the drive through and the worker said they were alone and their manager hadn’t shown up so I felt bad because and I understand but they also refused to give me a refund or make my order even though they were supposed to be open. I just wanted my money back or my food. Spent ten minutes in the drive through for nothing and was given a number that doesn’t work. Unimpressed.

Showed up about 2:30pm and the line was wrapped around the building. She was kind and patient but the only person working. She was amazing and helped us but clearly management doesn't seem to care that she was the only one working on a busy afternoon. As we sat there, the line just kept growing. She was apologetic that she couldn't offer hot food due to being the only one working. She deserves a raise, Management on the other hand needs to learn to step up and help out.

I don't normally leave reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous, I had ordered my drinks way ahead of time and the two ladies working only had one drink prepared and not the way it should've been made. Then it took them an additional 5 minutes or so to finish my last drink even though they knew I was there waiting for it, if they were busy i would've been more understanding but there was no reason for this. And the place looks Awful you can tell no one even bothered to try and take out the trash for a long time. probably won't come here again..

I don’t normally leave reviews, and definitely not bad ones, but the last three times I have been here my sandwich has been made incorrectly. It is always rung up correctly, but never made correctly. Three times now I have paid for an extra slice of cheese only for it to not be there, and the last three times I have specifically asked for (and was rung up for) American cheese instead of cheddar. At least they actually cut my sandwich in half this time like I asked, the last two times they didn’t.
I drive a lot, and my job often requires that I grab a meal and resume my duties. I don’t have time to piddle back and forth with people, saying, “Oh, this was made wrong,” and then wait another 10 minutes. Most other people, I’d wager, don’t have time for that either.
One of the reasons I don’t like leaving reviews is because I have worked all manner of food service jobs since I was a teenager, so I know firsthand how it can be. The first rule, besides washing your hands and putting on gloves (and apron, if applicable), is to READ the order screen. Just sayin’.

Very specifically ask for my bagel to be toasted dark everywhere I go because I'd prefer a burnt-looking bagel over a chewy dough ball. It's obvious when they ignore that while making the food. Being nice with 2 stars because service and speed was average.

Bad business from the shift supervisor today, refusing to fulfill my paid order from DoorDash and giving nasty attitude on the phone as if it’s my fault her system had an error. Said my DoorDash order was at a location an hour away but that location says it’s not possible and DoorDash says definitely not. The receipt shows this store was paid.
