The poor girl was getting my order together when she ran out of ice and she was so sweet I didn't mind waiting and she got the ice and finished my order and I left her a good tip . Worth going there

Not reliable for online ordering in the morning, I've now lost three fairly large orders placed through the app because when I have arrived to pick up my food, no one is there. I have also been promised gift cards to compensate for this and still have not received them.

i don’t know if the blonde girl who works there is stupid or hates her job but every time I go here she consistently messes up my coffee order. She also clearly doesn’t read the full order because she gave me my drinks, told me to have a good day and closed the window before I got my food. It seems like this dunk-in has a serious management problem because this behavior should have been corrected by now. This location also has the dumbest drive through set up I have ever seen, which isn’t the fault of the workers but a renovation is seriously needed.

The staff is great! However, it was really slow when I went in. My only issue is that every single time I order a grilled cheese the cheese tastes like someone dipped it in chemicals or soap water. I keep hoping it’s just one location but nope. The last few times I’ve gotten it from different places and it tastes like it. Ughh get a different brand please lol
I love going to different locations but this one was a circus the employees were very loud singing and acting like children my friends and I were not impressed at all.I know finding good help is hard to come by but these were definitely not the type of people I would want working for me. They were arguing about a drive through customer one of the girls yelled to another to “just give it to him” I’m not sure if they were comping it or what but it should not have happened.

Went there today and the cashier a girl with dark straight hair skinny had the worst attitude I asked very nicely for help with the app and she said “sorry they don’t teach us to use the app” so I asked her if I could scan a deal I had she said yes then proceeded to charge me full price then couldn’t do a refund bc manager was nowhere to be found and the teenagers working there had no idea how to do it so I left please hire adults and not teenagers who seem angry and annoyed to be there. Now I have to go to a different Dunkin bc I feel like an inconvenience going there. I know this store can get better I know how hard it is to hire adults who actually work they could be more selective on who they hire maybe? Anyways the other girls where trying this one was just annoyed to be there and having to work.

I understand everyone is short staffed at the moment and that Dunkin would be busy on a Friday morning. I ordered ahead to make sure I would be able to get my order in time. It was taking so long to come out I had to decide to pick up my $3.50 drink or miss my bus. Obviously, I can’t be late to work over a hot chocolate so I had to leave without it. Disappointed to say the least.
