This place sucks! They keep workers inside during a heat wave with no AC. It is dirty and gross and they never have enough staff to clean. I feel terrible ordering when there are two clearly overworked people behind the counter. Please do better

This is my family's go to breakfast stop on sports days. A new employee has been rude when we pull up to the drive through. I'd say (good morning!) And she would reply (you don't need to announce yourself).

Made my coffee wrong after confirming three times. I just wanted caramel and oat milk and it was black. Then they dropped my wrap on the ground going through the drive through and they didn’t offer me a new one.

Literally have been sitting in the line for 21 minutes and yet to make it to the ordering intercom. This is a regular occurrence.
Don’t do it, I ordered 3 cold brew iced coffees with cream and what I got was mostly just cold water with cream in it and I ordered a matcha latte and I think they put coffee in with the matcha powder because it was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. I don’t recommend this Dunkin at all.

i’m sure many can agree with how frustrating this location has become… this has been my go to location for a very long time and the service has tanked completely. Expect to wait 30 mins minimum for a coffee and the lobby to be closed daily due to lack of staffing. My food order was cold by the time i received it but who has time to wait for them to fix it, i’d be there all day!

We order from there very rude I watched them hold my bagel with there bare hands while making it my bagel was basically just bread they put a tinge glob of cream cheese on it the messed up my drink 100% and it was just uncomfortable talkin to us asking personal questions
