This was BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Service was beyond HORRIBLE.. I ordered 3 drinks and I waited 15 min. When I finally got them the ice was already melted in the soda and the Frape I ordered with out whipped cream had whipped cream. I let them know it wasn't right they proceeded to scrape the whipped cream off and tried to pass it off to me. When I asked the to make me a new one I was told I would have to wait . The machine had to be filled and the employee told me he was going to "fill it slowley"! So I asked for a refund and the employee at the register said " I had no patience" as I was waiting for my refund another patriot came in and was missing part of her order and said her "fries were old"DON'T RECOMMEND EVER STOPPING THERE

The heavyset male (assuming he's the manager) was rude and aggressive with other customers, refused to remake messed up food, and with the way he was speaking to other customers, should be fired. Both my burgers were dried out and burnt like they were sitting there for 6+ hours like McDonald's is famous for. (my experience was 3/12/24 roughly 1030pm)

Getting to be a little expensive lately and they need to have people out and in the room where the tables are because these kids were being vulgar and calling me names when I went in there to grab some fries I didn't say anything for him they just started harassing

Went to this drive through on Saturday 1-27-24… as with some McDonald’s drive throughs the 1st window had no one at it to pay so I moved forward to pay and receive my order. The very pleasant lady at the 2nd window handed me my order and being HONEST I told her I hadn’t paid yet and she looked puzzled and said it shows you’ve paid. I said no I didn’t because there was no one at the first window when I stopped. She said ok hold on (still holding my card). She disappeared and came back with who I assume was the manager that particular night. He looked at me with disgust and said you didn’t pay at the first window? I said no no one was there!! He looked up at the screen and then yelled…(at ME) “ YOU SCREWED UP MY WHOLE LINE!! NOW I GOTTA GO BACK AND FIX EVERYTHING!! YOU SHOULD HAVE PAID AT THE FIRST WINDOW!! (Even though there was no one AT the first window!) he told the lady to “NEVER MIND” and she gave me my card back.. THAT manager had NOT ONE OUNCE of customer service… had I not been in a hurry I would have WENT IN TO “SPEAK” with him about the way I was treated!!! ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED FOR!!! His incompetency to run his shift and employees should NOT be taken out on an HONEST paying customer!!!

All the regular items are here.Kid-friendliness: When I was young McDonald's was the place every kid wanted to have a birthday party: back then almost every McDonald's location had a playground and outdoor seating. We didn't worry about getting bloody on the slide because we had a kid's meal waiting at the table with the coolest toy inside. Some things change, but McDonald's is still here with hot coffee, burgers, and tons of fries.

Made the mistake of order food here. Dining room was completely trashed and hadn't been cleaned. The woman making my order loudly complained about making my order because it was deemed a 'stupid order that I'd complain about' I did complain because she messed up my order forgot patties on 1 and bacon on the next then proceeded to complained that she had to make it again. There were 5 people working so there was no staff shortage and it was an empty lobby with less than 3 cars in the drive-through. This location is awful. Consistently awful.

placed a curbside order at 12:21am because my family and I had been traveling all day and we were hungry and wanted to get home with our sick son, after sitting there for 20 minutes the employee yelled out saying she wasn't taking our order. I then proceeded to call and ask for a refund as I had already paid for my order when asking why they weren't doing curbside she told me "uh because it's dark out there" very unprofessional as that is part of the job. If curbside wasn't allowed then it wouldn't be an option. very rude.
