The only reason I'm giving three stars on food is because the hash browns weren't too dark and I could tell that the oil had been filtered recently, sandwiches were McDonald's gold standard in terms of taste, texture and freshness, however......... Having to wait more than 13 and 1/2 minutes for two sausage egg McMuffins and two hash browns on a Saturday morning is completely unacceptable, I came inside for counter service and it took close to 15 minutes to prepare and hand me my order, this is definitely not the McDonald's gold standard, not sure if the store has adequate staffing levels for a Saturday or weather. Current management needs to address performance issues either way. It was an exceptionally long wait for two sandwiches and two hash browns on a Saturday morning. Wouldn't go here. Expecting quick service 😢ðŸ˜

Absolutely horrible. People leaving because the wait is so long. 30-40 minute wait when theres less than 4 customers. Unhinged worker walking around screaming at everyone. Giving people the wrong food. No one knows how to do anything. Absolutely the worst management of a franchise i have ever seen. By the time you get your food it'll be cold from sitting there so long.

Used employee/ register to order & check out instead of the new digital ordering systems recently installed in the main lobby of dining area. Employee was somewhat delayed in responding to my presence, yet it was much more efficient than waiting on the ling line at the drive up window. Food was medium hot & I was served and out of the restaurant within 10 minutes.
Vegetarian options: The value menus seems to be the best deal were you get two for $3.99+tax. So about $4.40 total. Drinks, any size are up from $1.00 to $1.29+tax. So for under $6.00 bucks you get a filling meal fairly priced.
Dietary restrictions: You may request certain options with your burgers and there are low calorie beverages.
Parking: The issue with ordering from the digital menu inside the McDonald's is somewhat irritating if you wish to purchase from the value menu For instance, you can identify and order the burger you want to purchase quite easily, however it fails to include specials like the McDouble, where on the menu, it gives the full price for one McDouble, but does not distinguish the special of two for the reduced price, thats listed on their stationary menus behind the counter.
Kid-friendliness: There is no children play are at this location unlike some other stores.
Wheelchair accessibility: Access to the dining area is ok, but the entry way leading to the bathrooms is quite tight for someone using wheel chair ♿ access.

The chicken sandwich was so bad it was inedible (I ordinarily like McD crispy chicken sandwiches), service was slow, and we had to return after drive thru for them to correct our order when they'd gotten an item wrong. Hopefully they were just having a bad day.

Held toung for years but constant letting my children down I'm done. Your milk shake machine isn't broken 4 days a week. Machines don't get fixed 1 day and break again the next for years on end. You would buy a new machine that doesn't break. Colchester vt location is living to me and not doing thier job. Job being- milkshake is on the menu, make one.!! Not just this location but the 3 locations in Enfield CT. One in burlington. One in Granby CT, Holyoke mass . . . I can keep going but it's besides the fact. Either they buy the worst milk shake machines that have ever been manufacturered and constantly need to get a day to day repair guy coming every other day. Or thier employees aren't doing thier jobs and pushing away thier customers. Do the mcdonalds CEOs like money? But I'm done asking if the milk shake machines are working and I'm just going to a place that always has one working. Sorry mcdonalds. By now you should know that this is a problem and there are memes online making this apparent. Good luck. I'll need incentive for this to come down. This is from my heart and not just a KAREN rant. I have been mcdonalds over burger King or Wendy's as passionately as people are between the red socks and Yankees have been but I'm sick of this BS. Your stores are literally making my kids cry.
