Pizza is good, a touch crunchy. I can't say the same for the other food. Everything was significantly overcooked. Your ovens are too hot. The Boneless chicken could've broken a tooth. Garlic knots, more like hockey pucks. We have eaten here a couple of times and have had the same experience. I would generally bring the food back or make a call to NYPO. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is always smiling and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about the food here. If you can't decide what you want, they are happy to make suggestions centered around your likes and dislikes. The pizza in my opinion is one of the best I've ever had.
