The Lighthouse Restaurant and Lounge

Went for lunch and ended up ordering apps. My calamari was barely coated & like rubberbands it was so over cooked. Weak drinks. Super slow service. Out dated decor makes you feels like it's stuck in the 90's. Your staff were very nice.

Was here as part of a party of four. We were told a large party (10-15) had just placed their order and it would be an extra half hour wait.

We were there an hour and 15 minutes before we got our food. They brought the child's meal last. And not only was I not advised about my own hot plate, said plate was put down on my child's arm.
For which there was no apology until she pulled away and made a face.

Inexcusable.

Will not be back. Went for birthday lunch. They said I had to sit in bar at a high top table. I told them I had a bad hip and could not sit at a high top. Could we sit at the empty table we were looking at in front of us. She said no we would have to wait if we wanted a normal table. I said that would not work and myself and my family member went elsewhere. You obviously do not cater to the handicapped patrons. Terrible customer service. I will never return. We were so looking forward to your salad bar...

We had the lighthouse cater a two night event feeding over 200 each night and they absolutely knocked it out of the park the food could not have been any better and the presentation was perfect we where completed all evening about how good evening was. I highly recommend the team at lighthouse for your catering needs we will be using the lighthouse team again next year.

The best food ever 😋

I was leary with the 3.9 stars, the only reason i ate here was the salad bar and walking proximity to the hotel.

The salad bar was great and we'll stocked.

The boneless wings were three massive chicken fingers. The cheese fritters were unique.

Not sure why everything was served on wilty pre shredded lettuce that needed to be scraped off of everything prior to eating.

The service was slow and no one really seemed responsive or if they wanted to be there.

Extremely overpriced for the quality of food.

We've been going to the lighthouse restaurant but quite a few years and I left a review many years ago which doesn't reflect what the current standards Tonight my wife and I went there and had one of the best dinners ever, the seasoned prime rib was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing, I love the horseradish sauce too. My wife ordered the seafood Norfolk which I tasted and was very good, but I tasted better, The service was excellent thank you Kayden the salad bar was great and very fresh, I ate every bite of my full plate full of salad and every bite of my prime rib. Even though we live an hour and a half away will be back again soon.

We went to brunch and waited a long time just to order my beverage. Then, when half of my beverages were gone then asked what I would like to order. So service was kind and very nice but so slow. I think they are under staffed.

We wanted to try someplace different for lunch. We were seated at a high top table that was covered in water; my husband used his napkin to mop it up and requested a new one—which never came. We waited 10 minutes just to order drinks and those were slow in coming. We waited an additional 20 minutes for an appetizer and 40 minutes for the main. My husband ordered the steak tips, well done. Some of his meat was raw, and some of his rice was uncooked. I requested bread with my soup and never received it. Never again.

Had an event at the Lighthouse last night. There was 19 of us at one table. Our waiter Kayden did an absolutely phenomenal job! He was pleasant, fast and right on top of everyone’s order. The food was delicious. It came out hot and everyone got exactly what they ordered.
Cannot heap enough praise on the service and the food for our event. Thank you Kayden.

Grant you, we were a table of 19 people, but it took 2 hours just to get our appetizer! 20 mins later my food arrived. I had the calamari and it was great! But...then I got my entree...The fish was overcooked! The fish was half the size of the swollen and over fried breading! I was so disappointed, I asked for my bill...When I received my bill, it had an automatic tip of 20% already added on! The whole time spent waiting for the meals, we had menus and hand fans to cool off the 83* inside temperature of the restaurant!!! No A/C...It was cooler outside then in! We didn't have to wait for a table as we had reservations...We also turned the music down as it was so loud we couldn't hear each other. I do have to say, our waiter was a very nice young man and very apologetic...

Drinks and apps on point. Mains to follow. Entrees were excellent!!!! Service great. Two thumbs up!
