Twice now I have paid for a donut with the other items I ordered and not received the donut in my bag. It's starting to trend. Uncertain as to why I can receive my coffee and breakfast wrap but not the rest of my order.

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel this morning and I started eating it and thought it tasted a bit weird but whatever I was hungry. Got to the middle and a huge black spot was on the bagel. Not poppy seeds, not a burn mark. I know what moldy bread looks like and that’s exactly what it was. Absolutely disgusting and disappointed. 😡😡

I am a frequent flyer at dunkin. My drink is very complicated. Several of the employees have memorized my drink and always serve me with a huge smile! Today I went in to get something for my girlfriend and I and Tiffany, Kylee, Heather, Jason, and Aaron were working. They were fast, had a sense of humor, and were very accurate with the order! Thank you all for being so good at your job! Keep up the hard work.

Pretty bad service. Took around 30 minutes just to have our order taken. I repeated myself multiple times to the worker taking my order and he did not understand which resulted in the wrong order (I was almost late to work so I didn’t bother going back in), was very slow, and almost forgot my food until I reminded him but things happen. I got my order before the people in front of me. Donuts and pastries are definitely not fresh because they tasted old and nasty. Disappointed to say the least.

Honestly if there was another coffee place around id go there, D♤D is getting EXPENSIVE for sub par coffee and when service is "good" your still waiting 15+minutes if there's more than 3 cars in front of you, and if more.... good luck being on time, as far as service/food don't eat much of the food there, has been MULTIPLE times i can't even count i have asked for no milk and ended up with milk and after waiting all that time in line i dont even go back (not worth it), the atmosphere depending on the day and who alls working is really dependent on what you hear when the doors open, somtimes it's nice others not so much, like I said if there was another place I'd prefer go there.
