Two weeks ago I went to Dd with my son as he took me out. I ordered the 5 dollar meal. My wake up wraps had black spots on it. When I went back in I spoke with the manager I showed her my wraps and she replied oh it's only burnt crumbs from orders. So I asked what are you going to do about it she just looked at me. The drink and food were all fine. The service was very slow. We sat at the drive through ordering area for 10 minutes. Many of the cars were pulling out of line and driving away. I am a frequent flyer at dunkin. My drink is very complicated. Several of the employees have memorized my drink and always serve me with a huge smile! Today I went in to get something for my girlfriend and I and Tiffany, Kylee, Heather, Jason, and Aaron were working. They were fast, had a sense of humor, and were very accurate with the order! Thank you all for being so good at your job! Keep up the hard work.
