I went into this McDonald's at lunch and found a dog hair in my fries.(I do not have dogs) I went to the cashier to show her and she said oh that's not good and didn't say anything else. I told her she should let the manager know and she responded with I will. I sat in there for another 20 minutes and no manager showed and the chick never left the register. All I can say is check your food here before you eat!!

This McDonald’s for the most part always has good food! I’m not sure if this is the new way, or maybe I’m old fashioned. It takes FOREVER, for anyone to acknowledge you, let alone take your order at the counter. I see them fulfill at least 20 drive-through orders, the last four times I’ve gone into this restaurant to order at the counter. At the very least a “we will be right with you” should be standard. Food is good, the service these days, not so much!

They are under construction. So atmosphere is low because of that but they gotten my order wrong every time I have been there in the last 6 months. Giving me wrong order and just making the food wrong from the way it's supposed to be made or not giving me the saus's that I asked and payed for. And not once have I gotten an apology. It's always some excuse or I just don't go back in because at this point it's not worth wasting my time. 😁

My breakfast is usually alright! They tend to forget the extra cream in my oatmeal at times but other than that, they’re good for breakfast! Lunch/Dinner on the other hand 😮 they throw them together and make a huge mess! Most the time the food is good and fresh, just a mess!!

We go there every time we take a trip to Newport from our little town in NH. We always get our food hot and made quickly, which is amazing because we order quite a few things! And if I ever need something they're always friendly and helpful.

First of all, barely ordered anything and it took about an hour. They close the doors when it gets too busy. And then we got our food. The hamburger was not even COOKED! And the rest of the food was cold. Disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend because they do this every single time we go.
