Our room was absolutely adorable. Staff was wonderful as were the bartenders. Food was excellent in the restaurant. Coming before Christmas is the best everything is decorated. It’s like a Hallmark movie. They also had Santa and Mrs. Claus there for pictures, even as adults we definitely did the pictures and loved it. Great job to all staff members.

We took our kids for Santa weekend and it was the most magical weekend!! This place is run by the most friendly staff. Rooms are very clean. Restaurant is incredible.
Only suggestion is to have more of a literary with times for the Santa event with suggestions for guests. Maybe do a fun town scavenger hunt.

We were excited to have the opportunity to purchase a Thanksgiving meal "to go". We spent $188 (total) for convienence. $28 of that was an additional charge because we added an order of Cabot Mac and Cheese. The portion was extremely small but it was very tasty. I was hoping to have leftovers but there was no way. The cranberry sauce was horrible but the rest of the meal was good. The best part was the pumpkin pie that we purchased as an addition to the meal.

Found this gem when trying to find a cute place for dinner just outside of Manchester. Barrows House was exactly what we were looking for and the food was amazing. We shared 4 smaller plates with drinks and dessert and everything was great. Sitting outside with the autumn weather and fire pits nearby was the perfect ambiance. Glad we found this restaurant and would recommend to anyone in the area, visiting like we were or even a local who has not tried it yet.

We love returning to the Barrows House at least twice a year. And we’ve been doing it for the past 40 years!!! I have to admit …. It gets better and better. This time dinner food was culinary perfection ! Everything was perfect and that’s not easy to insure . Can’t wait to get back there again soon.
