Prior to my first 1A visit, I have not loved the coffee I've tried at multiple places in Southern VT. And that's being kind. I told the person who helped me at 1A just that, thereby establishing the stakes at the outset. He didn't seem too worried. I quickly saw why. 1A has the best coffee I've had in Southern VT. Unbelievable, real (!) coffee - don't think "Caramel Latte iced with Flavour" but pure italian espresso or tasty cappuccino with few excellent ingredients, masterfully crafted. They know what they're doing. Also very nice place with atmosphere.

This place was a great stop on my way to the mountain and I cannot wait to go back. Delicious, strong coffee drinks and savory treats. We also got some cold brew and iced tea to go so we could enjoy at home. The man working was friendly and personable, making the visit so much better. We will be back again.
